“Quality at great value”
Hotel was great!. Tivoli and train station about 2-3 blocks away. Subway station accross the street. Tourist Info office 2 blocks away. Just couldn't have had a better location. Room was tipically Europeon, modern, and very nice. Only problem we had was the bathtub. I have bad knees and back and getting in and out of the tub was dangerous for me. My husband said he felt insecure there also, but not as bad as me. We are in our 60's. I think people without this kinds of problems will find nothing wrong with it.. We chose to include breakfast buffet, which I recommend for any European travel. It was excellent. Plenty of food and choices. Something for everyone. We felt it was a great value and an excellent choice for us. Be sure to buy the Copenhagen Card. Covers most transportation and entrance to many attractions, including Tivoli. You can buy one for 24 hours or 72 hours. We found it very useful.
“Very clean and comfortable”
It was a wonderful place to stay, and centrally located to all of the local attractions...very comfortable and clean. The staff was extremely friendly and hospitable. I would stay here again.
“Just splendid. Perfect room & Staff. Free internet was bonus. Can't wait to go back”
We were treated soo courteously from the start. Room was upgraded free of charge and what a room. So large and clean....Large LCD TV & amenities.
“Great Location, Great Hotel... with air conditioning!!!”
Hotel Room was large by European Standards... Air conditioning worked. Location was at the center of it all.
“Great Location”
We arrived early thanks to Easy Jets flight times and were not only suprised that we could check in at 11am, but were upgraded to a room in the newly refurbed area as our room wasn't ready. Great location across the road from Vesterport station, 5 min walk from Central station and Tivoli Gardens and 10 min to Stoget pedestrian mall. Restaurants, shopping and the pick up point for tour buses are a 5-10 min walk away.
“Excellent location and value”
While Copenhagen is, indeed, a relatively expensive city, my wife and I found the Imperial Hotel to be in a 3 to 4 star category, ideally located yet quiet, and reasonably priced especially with the inclusion of a full American-type breakfast in a most attractive dining room. We would definitly stay there again!
“Nice Hotel”
It is a nice hotel, close to many of the attractions. Breakfest is very expensive.
“Excellent Hotel!”
After booking the hotel I was quite concerned because of the number of bad reviews of the hotel. However, I needn't have worried as it was a complete 5 out of 5 in every category. Also, it was in an unbeatable location. Excellent service! Highly Recommended!
“Imperial Hotel - Great Modern Hotel”
The hotel was great. The rooms were very modern and clean. It was in a great location; few blocks from the train station and also the main shopping area. I would definitely stay at the Imperial Hotel again. Well worth the price.
“Very convenient location and very clean”
The hotel is located two blocks from Copenhagen Central Station. This is convenient as you are only 5 minutes away from Tivoli and Radhus, the main central areas for a tourist to orientate themselves from which to explore. The room was excellent and very clean. I would recommend this to friends and would stay there again.
