“Airport hotel”

Hotel was convenient to airport. City Bus available from hotel to airport. No elevator in the hotel. Restaurant was pleasant.

“Bel air”

It is not perfect, but the staff were very friendly. Our room did not have air so it was pretty hot at night in the room. Other than that it was okay.

“Very close to the airport”

1. Breakfast was nice. The waiters + chefs were all nice people. Restaurant was good and clean. 2. Room was clean. Painted new but very similar to an old style motel in the US. I travelled a lot in the US -- from a $30 roadside motel to a $300 city hotel. 2-a. Some part of the hotel needs repairing including wireless connectivity. 3. "GOOD" for 1 night stay near the airport (and run away quickly) You want to stay longer? It's up to you. Remember there are better options outside this motel. 4. Why was the staff at the counter during the daytime chewing something and answering to my question with arrogant and disrespectful attitude? When I first arrived there, I felt I was in a motel in the middle of west Texas.

Area recommendations

Hotels near Ørested station or Bella center station. Those have better reputations and I actually visited (not stayed) there. Just two train station away from the airport. And frequent public transports. Way better. Worth paying 50% more.

Getting there

Take the bus 36 at the airport and say BEL AIR HOTEL. It takes about 14 minutes. The bus stop name is "Amagerhallen" but Danish read it like "Amah-hallen" If you travel in more than two, just take a taxi.

“Hotel Bel Air”

This is a MOTEL, not a hotel. I would rate it a 2 star at the most. Extremely disatisfied to the point where we checked out the same day we checked in and found another hotel. The pictures advertised are not accurate.

Area recommendations

Copenhagen city centre or the new business district (Orestads Blvd) about a 5min drive from the centre in case you have rented a car. It's also a couple mins walk to the Metro and Field's shopping centre (large newly built shopping mall). We recommend the Crowne Plaza. Excellent service.

“VMworld stay in Bel Air”

A decent hotel for a 3 star hotel. Decent breakfast, free internet, clean room and good service. Room was nice size, shower a bit small. A bit off-route, if you have to go to the Bella Center..

“Notlösung”

Das Hotel liegt nicht in Laufweite zum Flughafen, obwohl das suggeriert wird. Auch mit öffentlichen Verkehsmittel ist es kaum zu erreichen. Den Kopenhagener. Taxipreis muss man also zum Zimmerpreis dazurechnen. Stattdessen findet man sich im Niemandsland. Den Zusatnd von Zimmer und Bad sollte man sich bei Tageslicht nicht so genau ansehen. Für den Zustand ein völlig überhöhter preis.

“einfach, sauber, Verkehrsanbindung schlecht”

Es handelt sich um ein einfaches und sauberes Hotel. Die Zimmer und die Fenster liegen an einem langen verglasten Gang. Entsprechend sind die Fenster nicht zu öffnen. Man ist auf leise Nachbarn angewiesen. Die Verkehrsanbindung zur Stadt mit dem Bus ist problematisch. Der Bus fährt werktags alle 20 - 30 min, sonntags alle Stunden. Man muß 1 mal umsteigen oder erst einmal 10 - 15 min laufen.

“Gute Verkehrsanbindung zum Flughafen und City”

Das Preis-und Leistungsverhältnis waren o.K. Das Frühstück war reich- haltig und frisch zubereitet. Die Möglichkeit, Getränke im Foyer zu sich zu nehmen, war guter Service. Die Verkehrsanbindung mit Bus zum Centrum und Flughafen war gut. Kopenhagen selbst war die Reise wert.... Danke für die Vermittlung. Gruß Familie Fabian

“Das Hotel Bel-Air liegt ausserhalb des Zentrums aber gut per Bus zu erreichen”

Für den von uns per Expedia.de gezahlten Preis ( lt. Preisverzeichnis im Zimmer liegt der offizielle Preis fast doppelt so hoch ) war das Hotel in Ordnung, zumal bei unserem Preis sogar ein Frühstücksbuffet inbegriffen war. Es ist gut per Bus zu erreichen - die Bushaltestelle liegt direkt vor dem Hotel und führt auch direkt zum Flughafen.
