“Great Hotel”

We thoroughly enjoyed our 4 day weekend stay. The hotel's location and services were very convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful. The price was somewhat expensive.

“Only one small problem”

“Very convenient”

Lovely hotel connected to airport. We were offered free wifi by manager ($30 value), had quiet room with nice bath (tub + stall shower) and delicious breakfast. As we had a fee night, easily took train into town.

Copenhagen is a charming place. Something for everyone! History, country side, Place to visit, tranquility, views, places to eat, things to do. what more could you ask for. Highly reccomend a visit!!

“Great location”

We loved this location because we had a very early flight the next day. It was also very easy to use both the train and metro to get to the Tivoli and the center of the city. Would highly recommend this hotel. (Quiet also considering that it is right at the airport)

“Beautiful views”

The floor to ceiling windows in our room were wonderful. I will never be happy with European bed covers. The proximity to the airport in copenhagen was great.

“Nice hotel”

This was a very nice hotel and the location works out very well since you can get the metro straight to downtown in about 10 minutes. Everything was nice, clean, and we had no complaints. That being said, it didn't really feel like a five star hotel. We recently stayed at a Ritz Carlton and a Four Seasons in other cities and the Hilton didn't have quite as many of the little touches that those hotels did. Still a very pleasant stay though.

“Great Choice”

Having stayed there before on several occasions for business I knew what to expect and we were not disappointed. Every staff member we met were welcoming, smiling and efficient. Rooms are great and availability of both train and Metro makes it very easy to get around. Only suggestion we have is that the hotel should reach some kind of agreement for parking. As we had to take our hire car out of the parking facility several times during our stay we were imposed extremely high parking costs. We would not have minded if we could have paid the 24 hour charge of either DKK 200 or 300 and then been able to take the car in and out, but that option was not available, and instead we ended up paying more than DKK 500 in parking fees. Not funny!!
