“Good Central Hotel”
Good hotel - very central to everything. 5min walk from central train station and the city. Very quiet. Bathroom a bit old but apart from that it was good.
“Good location for central station travel and close to many attractions.”
This hotel is a cheap, average hotel for a short stay. Breakfast was satisfactory. There are no frills but has a luggage room for storage if you arrive early. There are steps in the main halls which could be difficult for some people to lift heavy luggage up.
“a convinient hotel”
Nothing fancy but clean and convinient location. One block from the rail Station and Metro. You can walk around everything is close to it. Staf is very helpful and friendly and the breakfast buffet is very good.
“Adequate accommodation”
The hotel is less then 2 blocks from the central train station. Out the back of the station and down the block. Room is small but adequate. Very clean. 2 elevators. No air condidtioning, but it wasn't needed. Windows opened to street side where there was some noise, but it was tolerable. 1 soap dispenser by sink and one in shower. No real amenities - tissues, conditioner. 1 towel per person. Luggage storage provided after checkout. Very convenient location. Would recommend hotel to those looking for a place to stay that is clean and convenient.
“Good choice for spending 1-3 nights in Copenhagen”
Closely located to the central railway station and the city center, the hotel gives all facilities that could be expected from 3* hotel - clean and cosy room, helpful staff, hot water in the shower. On the ground floor there was a reception area where I saw guests staying in the evening drinking beer or smth. My room was very small but everything there was in good conditin and functioning - I would not need more for staying overnight.
“Copenhagen Star Hotel”
The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was buffet with plenty of choice and you could eat as much as you wanted. The rooms were comfortable and clean, as was the ensuite, the only downside of the ensuite was lack of ventilation so after a shower it was very steamed up and soggy which took time to clear. Hotel conveniently placed at the back of the railway station and therefore central to town. Sleeping at the front of the hotel meant more noise from outside on occasion. On the whole we would recommend the hotel and stay there again.
“A good budget hotel”
The hotel isn't in the most salubrious part of Copenhagen but it was a great location geographically. Within very easy reach of the train station and Tivoli gardens (which were not actually open while we were there in October). The hotel was comfortable and the staff were very good at meeting our needs (recommendations for restaurants, wifi codes etc). Breakfast was plentiful and very European - so don't expect a cooked breakfast (this is the norm for people not used to travelling main land Europe). Wifi was also included. If you want basic but comfy - this is the hotel for you!
“Copenhagen”
Overall, this hotel was what we needed. We needed something affordable as we didn't want to spend lots of money on hotel that we would never be in. Its location is right near the train station which proved beneficial as it only cost a few dollars. The hotel also offers a safe in which to keep your belongings in the event that you don't want to leave them in your room. There is also a luggage storage for when you check out of the hotel in case you have time to travel before leaving. Breakfast is fine and there are plenty of people around. It's fine for a short stay but if you're planning on spending a week in Copenhagen, I suggest finding somewhere a bit cleaner. BUt, the staff was very friendly. Everyone speaks perfect English. The city is extremely expensive so to make it affordable, we chose this hotel.
“Norlandia Star Hotel”
Typical budget hotel and slightly overprised for what you get in return. Next to the central train station (not the metro) in Copenhagen and a good 5-10 minute walk from the city central.
“Good Location”
Close to central train station and not far from city hall/ Tivoli Gardens. Only one person on front desk so hard to get answers to questions. Condition of hotel average. Did not get to try breakfast.
