Perfect hotel in a very beautiful city.

“Had a great time!”

This hotel is a great place to stay, very modern and chic, really comfortable room, we paid extra for a superior double and it was well worth it. Easy to get to from the Airport via the train, just one stop before Copenhagen Central and then across the road and you're there! Dead easy to get into the city, we hired bikes from the hotel - great fun and just 10 mins to the city or 5 mins on the train. Our room overlooked the harbour, staff were really nice, nothing too much trouble. Really enjoyed our stay there!

“Not right downtown but niceproperty”

A little outside of downtown, either one train stop or about a 20 minute walk away. Short walk to a nice mall. Back side is to a small water canal, but a busy street with lots of traffic noise all night to the front side. Rooms facing the back are more expensive but much better view and much quieter. Nice breakfast buffet with many choices including eggs and bacon.

“Pleasant.”

Modern hotel just 5 minutes walk from the railway station giving access to all of Copenhagen. The hotel is clean and very well kept. Reception staff were helpful and pleasant, the breakfast staff less so. Breakfast was expensive in absolute terms but it is all relative in Copenhagen. Room was moderate to small in size but very pleasant non the less. The beds were of the super-soft variety, not great if you have a bad back. I would recommend this hotel.

“Overall very good”

I visited 6 countries in Europe and this was one of the best hotels. It was pricey generally, but very reasonable for Copenhagen standards. The hotel had a very nice gym and nice views. Very modern and sleek in appearance. Pretty good location, a 15 minute walk to Tivoli Gardens. Staff was quite helpful when we asked for directions or advice. The only complaint was a $21 charge I noticed on my credit card statement when I got back. I had paid this in cash when I was there, but apparently got dinged twice. I think it was for "attempted phone calls", which seemed odd. It was a small amount, so not going to complain, but does result in a slightly lower rating than I might normally have given.

“Was very happy with this hotel”

Good staff, very clean, nice decor. Rooms weren't huge, but were comfy, clean and modernly decorated. Also offered free internet, which was a definite plus. Breakfast was really good, but make sure it's included as part of your reservation. We assumed it was then were surprised to get charged for it at check out. Staff also welcomed us with complimentary champagne and fruit as we were on our honeymoon. Only downside was it was a bit further from the center of things, but if you don't mind walking, it didn't take too long. There's also a train station just across the bridge that makes it even easier to get to the city center.

the room was very warm and the air conditioning or cooling system did not cool the room enough. although the doors have very good sound proofing from the neighbouring cranes is it not adeal when you need to open the door to cool down.

“Small, cozy room overlooking water”

Small, cozy room made for some adjustment. Very well maintained with modern amenities. Unique, Scandinavian design glass building and decor overlooking waterfront. Good breakfast buffet.

“Very restful looking hotel room”

Hotel was nice and clean. Furnished in "Danish- modern" I assume. room looked restful, and it was.
