Modern spacious hotel right on the waters edge, lovely views across the water or across the city depending on what direction your room is facing. The staff we met were all very pleasant and eager to please, had a very nice Irish Coffee in front of the fire to warm us up after a fabulous day exploring Copenhagen, we stayed on a room only basis because we love to try new places to eat in the city therefore we can't comment on the restaurant. Hotel is well placed for all city centre or water side attractions with the central station a short 5-10 minutes walk away.
We were delighted with our stay in this hotel, it was everything and more. The staff were wonderful. Our room was serviced everyday. Everything that could be done was done. We had such a wonderful time and this hotel was like an oasis in a busy city. It was so quite you could be in the countryside.
We found it had a great location as it was easy to get to the metro and central station from there. It was also easy to walk anywhere in the city centre.
The only one very small complaint is that we did not get a double bed but two singles. we would have preferred the former but it was grand, we coped!
We were very pleased with the Radisson Blu. We had never stayed at a Radisson Blu and were pleasantly surprised. The hotel was immaculate, the room very well thought out as far as comfort and design. Everyone there was very helpful, courteous and accommodating. Our room was even available to us a few hours before checkin, which was a big help since we had disembarked our ship at 9 in the morning, we were able to settle in and get on with the day.
Overall the experience was exceptional and will definitely book there again, as well as recommend it to others.

Overall excellent although I would have expected to have been shown to my room. I had some initial difficulties with using the card to get the lift going. When I asked for help I would have expected the person to have gone with me, since there were no other guests in the lobby at the time. That did not happen and the person's attitude was too casual for my liking.
On the other hand, when it checked out I was very happy with the service. I left my suitcase for a couple of hours and when I came to collect it after a couple of hours a very curteous and willing young man helped me all the way.
I will return!
