“Very good.”
Good location. Nice hotel. Good breakfast.
“Great location, great breakfast”
The location is fantastic - about 5-10 minute walk from Kongens Nytorv which is a great area for shopping, restaurants and cafes. You are also 5 minutes from the famous Nyhavn canal district which (although a tourist trap) is a lovely little area. In terms of the hotel itself, the staff are polite and very helpful and the breakfast is great (and free!). The room itself was comfortable and clean but very very small. This wasn't an issue for me as we spent little time in the hotel, but for others it might be a problem. Overall I'm very happy with my stay and would visit the hotel again
“Set in a quite safe location yet within 10 minutes walk of all the main attractions”
If you like a hotel that is in a quiet, safe area and yet within easy reach of everything then this is the hotel for you. I am a very light sleeper and can honestly say I did not hear a thing during the night even with the bedroom window open. The hotel had noted my request for a quiet room putting us on the top floor at the end of the corridor away from the lifts. The buffet breakfast was more than adequate to set us up for the day. As our flight was not until late afternoon we asked if we could delay check out by a couple of hours and they agreed without any extra charge which is rare in my experience. This is a 3 star rated hotel and it earns every star and I would suggest from other reviews I have read possibly could be rated along side other 4 star hotels.
“Excellent location at an excellent price for Copenhagen.”
This is great value for Copehagen which turns out to be a really expensive city. The location, close to the Kongens Nytorv metro, turns out to be a huge plus too because that will save you money on transportation. The complimentary breakfast is also fairly generous and a nice touch. The Best Western is also just a few blocks away from the Nynhavn neighborhood which has many bars and restaurants.
“Luke”
A lovely hotel in a good position. Great breakfasts and free WiFi.
“nice, small room; great location near metro; free wifi; super breakfast”
Very small single room, but nicely fitted. Window a bit draughty. Shower very small. Fantatistic breakfast and free wifi in room. Ask for a kettle and you'll receive it with free tea and coffee for the duration, but they can run out of kettles.
“Convenient location - good value for CPH -- and great breakfast buffet”
For the price the hotel was really pleasant and good value. Modern Danish decor in lobby, and in rooms which are not fancy or roomy - but have all the basics. Shower only (no tub) - and no in-room safe shoudl you need those. Tea kettle and coffee/tea supplies which is nice though hardly needed as the breakfast buffet was excellent with plenty of choice and new offerings that changed daily. Front desk staff helpful re directions on public transit. An easy walk from the Metro station from the airport - and lots of buses just opposite the metro stop plus a big department store (Magasin). The Stroget pedestrian shopping street neeat Metro as well. THe Nyhaven area only a couple of blocks away as well - with lots of restaurant choices for lunch and dinner. Try Heering!!
“Met my needs”
Good location. The lady on duty when I checked in was extremely helpful. Room was small but comfortable and you get a good breakfast. The street is quiet for an inner city location. the hotel met my needs very well.
“Straight forward hotel”
If you need an ordinary hotel with a ok location it is a nice place to stay.
“Convenient location”
This is an excellent, smaller sized hotel, in a very central location. Very pleasant, helpful staff.
