“couldn't have stayed anywhere better”

first trip to copenhagen it didn't take us long to realise we had made a good choice of hotel, clean, stylish, helpful staff, and wonderful breakfasts! would certainly go back one day.

“very nice and trendy hotel”

This hotel is in a great location, and with the right weather you can walk all the way downtown, and to Tivoli and the main square. It was very modern and cool. The breakfast bar is amazing, and one morning I was late to breakfast, and the woman working felt bad for me and went and grabbed me pastries and orange juice even though they were closed. Very pretty rooms and EXTREMELY comfortable beds. Would stay there over and over again. I highly recommend this hotel!

“Style and comfort combined”

The overall impression of the hotel was modern, stylish Scananavian - well furnished, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The breakfasts were good and the staff friendly and eager to help. The location was quiet but with excellent transport links to the centre. To sum up, it was more like a 4 star than 3 and we would certainly go there again.

“An excellent hotel”

This is a well run hotel situated within easy distance of the city centre. The standard of service was of the highest order throughout our four day stay and all the staff were friendly and helpful. Very good value for money. Highly recommended.

“Great value in Copenhagen”

I stayed twice at this hotel in one week. Both times, the people in reception were very helpful, the rooms were clean and well-designed, the beds comfortable, the showers excellent. The breakfast was fine each time. The area around the bar has been cleverly arranged so that a person on his/her own can sit comfortably and read without feeling s/he has to join in with others. The bus stop for the airport is just outside. It's an easy 15-minute walk to the centre. Perfect.

“Very adequate hotel”

Was about a mile and a half from Central Station but a nice safe walk. Room was quite spacious for a European Hotel.

“Excellent hotel”

I stayed at the Avenue Hotel for a couple of nights and it cannot be faulted. the place has character, represents good value in this city and the staff are excellent in every way. Highly recommended.

“Great Location, Excellent Hotel”

This is an excellent little hotel with clean rooms, great staff and neat design. We were able to just park our car and forget about it, because it is in such a great location, everything is accesible on foot. The breakfast buffet was fantastic with fresh baked goods and meats and cheeses. Highly recommended - not too expensive either!

“Great hotel!”

Stayed in the family room in the Avenue Hotel. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The children slept on the sofa bed (queen size) and they also said it was very comfortable. One of my kids is a teenager - who requires a lot more sleep, so we were able to take our other child down in the lobby and he played with toys provided by the hotel. Lobby had comfortable couches, blankets, - felt a little like home. Location - Few blocks from the metro - easy walking distance - even with kids & suitcases. Front reception was great at giving advise on how and which buses/metro to use. One bus ride from Tivoli Gardens - we walked and it took about 15 minutes, two metro stops from the walking/shopping street down town, also walked and it took about 20 minutes. I think - not sure exactly - but about 8 stops from the airport. Breakfast - was included - small breakfast but really good quality of food. Wish I could remember the name of the waitress - really sweet girl that brought me my decaf coffee every morning. I would definitely stay here again!

“Beautiful rooms”

This hotel was simply beautiful! The decorating was wonderful, beds with feather beds and comforters, a flat panel TV, fold-out couch, and soft lighting made our room very comfortable and cozy. You could feel the Danish influence immediately. The staff at the front desk were helpful and accomodating. The large lobby bar/lounge area was also well decorated with large comfy chairs and couches for small groups to sit and talk or enjoy a cocktail. I would definitely stay here again!
