“Good value”
Great location, liked the breakfast, be aware rooms are small we got deluxe superior which was fine for two people. I would stay there again!
“Excellent hotel”
Lovely place, clean, and a great location.
“Best location in Copenhagen”
The hotel is located in the centre of the city, it is a great location. We also liked the secure parking the hotel provided at additional cost . Cons: the elevators did not work. We had to carry our heave luggage to the third floor. Our room was very small, we asked to be moved to a bigger room and were finally moved to a room slightly bigger but with a nice view of the street below us. Breakfast was very good, buffet style with lots variety of food. I am not sure if we would go back but we did like the location.
“Was so much better than we expected after reading reviews.”
Centrally located, near the railway station and several restaurants close by. Many sites within easy walking distance. Our room was clean and comfortable and much bigger than we expected given Scandinavian sized rooms. There was no coffee and tea facilities but hot water could be obtained from the breakfast room. We had to use the stairs to get to the first floor and then the lift to the second which was awkward with cases.(Think the other side of the hotel may have had a lift from reception). Breakfast buffet was excellent
“excellent service”
It is a very good 3 star hotel, with the best location and a serviceminded staff.
“Will definitely go back to this hotel when I revisit Copenhagen.”
Will definitely go back to this hotel when I revisit Copenhagen.Very beautiful inside: old and ornate, It is clean, the room was spacious enough, it has a GREAT breakfast, something for everyone, and it is close to the train station and Tivoli. Just beware of the prices in the bar, quite expensive.
“Nice hotel in a great location”
This hotel is in a great location near the main shopping street and main square. It is also around the corner from Tivoli Gardens and near the two train stations we ended up using in order to save the very expensive cab fare to and from the airport. The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly.
“Good location but very noisy!”
The hotel is in a central location, close to Tivoli gardens however it was incredibly noisy at night - the room was very small and stuffy (no air-con) so had to keep the windows open to be able to breathe. Sirens and loud voices kept us awake a lot at night. As mentioned the room was very small as was the bathroom. Staff weren't particularly friendly and were actually quite difficult to find. During our stay Copenhagen had bacteria in the water and the hotel wasn't even serving tea and coffee despite all other cafes and restaurants doing so - the advice was to boil water to make it safe to drink. I think you could probably find nicer/better hotels than this in the city.
“Nearly a 4 star”
You cant beat the location. The new rooms are 4-star quality. However beware of the ridiculous small single beds or even two small single beds put together. So nice that they recognise a returning customer and treat you as one.
“Nothing special for the money or the stars”
