Despite being given a double room on arrival, after requesting a twin, the matter was dealt with. The staff were very apologetic about information on the booking form not being received by the appropriate department. As they were fully booked the first night, they provided us with another bed, for the room, then moved us into a twin room the following day.
The staff were efficient, helpful and friendly.

Our family of 5 started our vacation at the Phoenix Hotel after a very traumatic beginning. Our flight was canceled the day we were departing and our cruise was scheduled in 2 days. Phoenix Hotel assisted us with our changes in our plans of being picked up and held our reservation for a late arrival.
