“History and art and service.”

Really loved the hotel. Bed was clean and comfortable. Room was charming with a view to the harbor. Staff was professional and courteous. What made it so interesting was the art work. Many of the modern Danish artists were represented -- so the experience was also cultural. We were very happy. Just wish breakfast wasn't so expensive. On the other hand, the offering was way beyond usual hotel fare.

“Great location”

The location is wonderful, close to restaurants and bars that stay open until late. The staff was always very nice and helpful, specially at the reception. The room was small, but confortable and clean, lots of closets and hangers. We had a nice view of Nyhavn and wireless internet for free. There was also a computer connected to the internet available in the lobby, with a printer. Breakfast was delicious, very complete (different types of bread, eggs, salsiches, bacon, danishes, juices, etc), though a little pricy (20 euros per person). The only problem was that, in our room's bathroom, the shower was not "isolated", which meant that after showering the whole bathroom floor was wet for a while. Other than that, it's a great hotel.

The rooms are small but expected for European locations. The hotel was clean and was located in a very good area of Copenhagen. I would go back to this hotel if I am on another business trip.

Warm and comfortable, but extremely small room which could have been cleaner. Overall good value for money, with breakfast included, otherwise, breakfast is rather pricey, in keeping with most things in Copenhagen! Bathroom came with a bath, good after a long day sightseeing in chilly November.

“Very Impressed. Perfect location”

Besides having to wait to get a room (I arrived at 9 am and did not get a room until 2 pm), everything else was great. Breakfast was so-so and for $28, I could have gotten a better deal outside. The location is perfect and you can walk almost anywhere from the hotel.

Fantastic location, excellent hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms are small but comfy. No airconditioning.

“Characterful and comfortable hotel”

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Being a converted warehouse the bedrooms and public rooms have plenty of character. The choice of food at breakfast was substantial and appertising. The position of the hotel overlooking a canal is quiet but near to bars and cafes and the metro station and shopping area are about a 10 minute walk away. I would thoroughly receommend this hotel.
