“very clean, in new condition, great service”

the place seemed brand new. everyone was friendly. the housekeepers, the front desk and the people working at the breakfast were all happy and helpfull. we needed this after getting in late and a long drive. the rooms seemed like they were brand new. everything inlcuding the linens and towels were top notch. well done! we were very pleased and given how disgusting and poorly maintained and poorly treated so many hotels are, this was refreshing to stay there.

“great place to stay”

The desk people were very accommodating. Our plane flight was early in the morning so we arrived several hours before check-in. The manager found us rooms and did not charge for the early check-in. The room was very nice, the complimentary breakfast was good, service was excellent. We had only one small problem. The pc in the business center was not working so we were not able to print our boarding passes from our airline, however, the manager was working on having it fixed when we checked out of the hotel. He offered to print our passes from the hotel's main pc in his office. We enjoyed our stay and have recommended the hotel to other family members who will be travelling to Conyers.

“Good as the best and better than the rest!”

I do believe this hotel was as nice or nicer than any I have ever stayed in. I have stayed in a number of chains and independents. This hotel takes the cake. The only problem I had was figuring out the TV. I could not get it to turn on. Really didn't need to watch it anyhow. Triple A+ on room, service and appearance of hotel. Super nice. I guess you can tell I can't say enough! Would definately stay here again if opportunity allows.

“Impressed!!”

Very nice I was not sure what room would be like because there were no photos of room on site, but I was pleasantly surprised the room was nice and spacious it even included a sofa pull out bed along with my king size bed. I only booked 1 night, wish I could have stayed longer staff very warm and friendly. Thank You Holiday Inn Express!!
