“Conyers crap hotel”

Check your room before you agree to it. Ours was dirty. Hair in the sink as if someone just shaved and a sticky bathroom floor. Pool walls were dirty like a ring around the tub. Breakfast was a good spread. Exercise room had sufficient equipment.

“Almost as good as home, you will not be disapointed with your stay at this location.”

From our checking in to checking our everything was extremely satisfactory. The staff at the desk were super, very friendly and helpfull. The room was very clean and well maintained, the bed was wonderful. The breakfast was super and well stocked. We will stay here again when going through Atlanta. Can no say enough about the location, we were extremely pleased with our stay.

We did not get good maid service. The floors werent vacuumed and only one bed was half way made up.

“Clean, Fast Internet, but Poorly Run”

Stayed at this hotel on business. For business, usually my top priorities are a clean room and working Internet - this hotel had those. But the staff makes up for anything positive on the cleanliness/connectivity front with their overall mismanagement and lack of service. For example: - it took 25 minutes to check me in. One associate kept taking other calls while another associate wasn't helping at all - an associate kept me waiting 10 minutes to reset the key card when it didn't work - when I called the front desk to ask about a cab, they put me on hold for 5-10 minutes - they had "breakfast issues", being out of multiple food items (not that I care though... the breakfast wasn't something I'd want to eat anyway) Anyway, staff aside, the actual property is fine with the one exception that smoking and non-smoking rooms are right across the hall from each other, so some of the NS rooms smell smoky.
