Guest having two pre-paid reservation and failed to cancel one of the reservation he don't need it. Can't do refunds on pre paid reservation and asked guest to contact third party for any refunds, so the guest was upset and scored low on this. Sorry it's a policy they have to contact the third party's if they have made any mistake.

You have to make a U-turn if westbound to get to the hotel. The hotel and room were clean and tidy. Breakfast room was small and there were a lot of people booked in so it was crowded. Did not feel unsafe at any time even though doors opened to outside, and the area was quiet even though there was a lot of traffic. Lots of food choices nearby. Breakfast was ok. A lot of confusion on check in - they were training someone new. I will have to watch my credit card to make sure it didn't get messed up.

Convenience worked well. Room door did not close properly. No soap or soap dish next to the bathroom sink. HVAC unit was temperamental and the thermostat on the unit did not appear to be registering properly.

Room Smells!!
The room smells like pee. But since we are only here for one night (traveling through Texas), we had to deal with it. Never will stay here again. Was at a Ramada Inn in Bryan last night and it was so much better.

The room was clean and well supplied; very pleasing. The manager seemed to go out of his way to make certain we had coffee, breakfast, anything else. Very reasonable price. I would definitely recommend this motel.

The only complaints was the room smelled musty and the traffic from 105 was very noisy. It doesn’t matter where your room is located.

Great stay!
Stay at this hotel annually for the Ride for Kids fundraiser for the Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation. The hotel is clean, staff friendly and efficient and the beds are so comfortable.

Overall good experience. The a/c unit was the biggest issue. If you left the door open for a few minutes to get your bags in, it seems like it couldn’t catch back up to cool the room back down for a few hours. Other than that, the stay was good.
