“Nice”

“It ended well, but...”

I was visiting the area with my 18-year old son, so I booked a room with 2 queen beds. Upon entering the room we saw 1 queen bed and a sofa. My first thought was ... simple mistake. To my big surprise the clerk at the front desk said that I can turn the sofa into a queen bed for tonight, and tomorrow she will move us to a room with two beds. I think my face said it all, and right away we were given the room we had paid for. No apologies whatsoever. There is no fan in the bathroom.

“Terrible service”

I find the management at this hotel to be very poor, and I would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone. I would certainly never stay there again. The service was sub-par because they never straightened out the situation and gave us the 2 queen room we had paid for, but were given numerous excuses instead.

“Clean and comfortable”

Room was very well maintained, and everything worked properly. The room was cleaned and organized everyday. The area around the Hotel is not the best. If you want a good restaurant try La Strada located within 5 or 6 blocks away. Otherwise it is fast food city.

“Problems with charing card twice!!!”

I went through expedia to make my hotel reservations and prepaid for my stay. Everything went well with the expedia transaction although the hotel swiped my credit card and billed me once more for my stay. I am still trying to get the charges taken off my card and it is going on 2 weeks...double check they do not do the same to you!
