Pros: Location
Cons: don't charge for parking
Location: close to restaurants, bart (bay area rapid transit) and freeways.
Hotel is good, location is good, and having complimentary internet for email was appreciated. What was not appreciated were the daily $15 parking fees, that is NOT acceptable and would appreciate if expedia made it clear that there is such a charge, not there "may be additional hotel fees...".

We stayed at this hotel based on the reviews it received from other who stayed there. When we are in the Concord area, we usually stay at another hotel located nearby. I have been to this hotel several times before for business meetings, and even my retirement banquet, but had never stayed here. The check in process went smoothly, and we were given the keys to our room. Since we were in a hurry to meet with family members at the restaurant, we sat down our luggage, and left the room, but immediately what we thought was pet odor. When we returned to the room, we noticed that the carpet had not been vacuumed, and there was pet hair on it. There was also hair located in the bath tub. Due to the lateness of our arrival, being tried from our drive, and the fullness of the hotel, because of a local high school basketball tournament, we did not complain about the room until check out the next morning. At that time we were told there was no manager on duty, and that one would contact me, via email. I'm still waiting!!

Nice hotel close to dining & shopping

Pros: Got a great deal on the room price although the view was not great. The room amenities made up for the lack of view.
Cons: Parking is $15 for self park and $18 for valet. No free parking available. TV reception left something to be desired. The picture was not clear.
Location: Close to shopping, dining, and the waterpark. Also located near corporate offices for business travel.
The hotel is across the street from the Willows Shopping Center which has many stores and restaurants to choose from. Also conveniently located near the I 680 freeway on and off ramps and only a few blocks from Sun Valley Mall.

Good Hotel

Pros: The lobby.
Cons: Lighter color palette for decor in rooms. The current palette makes the space seem dark.
Location: Lots of shops and restaurants near by.
Overall nice hotel. I thought the lobby area was very nice. Great spaces to hang out. Nicely decorated. Modern. The hallways and the rooms seemed dark to me. Lighting was dim and the decor on the darker side so it made the hallways and rooms seem dark compared to the lobby. The room had updated amenities, etc., but I just didn't care for the darkness of the color palette they used to furnish the rooms although everything was color coordinated. Overall, all was fine. Rooms were clean and beds comfortable. Had a relatively large pool and spa. Close to many shops and restaurants.

I mostly enjoyed my stay at the Concord Hilton, my husband had a class in Concord and for about an hour after I checked out of my room I waited in the lobby for him. The people attending the seminar were very obnoxious and I felt a little un comfortable around them. They continued to sit right next to me and snacked out of back packs and spoke crudely and rudely to me. I kept moving but some one new would come by and take a bag of Ritz cracker out of there back pack and start chomping on them and trying to engage me in conversation. Please be aware of your paying guests (yes I did just check out but I had paid to stay at this hotel) and mindful that they are safe and comfortable around your "seminar" guests.

Bugs in the vents

I stayed one night at the concord Hilton and for the price and just the name you would believe it would be tip top. But not concord the rooms were very stuffy and furniture dated but im on in for one night so i figured i could deal. That all changed at 4 am when i went to the bathroom and seen big bugs crawling around on the floor wow. So i called the front desk after 30 rings mable answered the phone i tild her about the bugs and she had a snappy answer ready first she stated the window must be open so i placed her on speaker and checked windows they where sealed then she said never had this before so i asked if someone could come check it out she tried to get out but i Insisted someone come 5 mins later a guy knocks with a spray can in one hand asking where are the bugs.he see the bugs and steps on them and sprays after then leaves. So i called down Mable then has a new story that they come from the vent and ask if i want a new room but now i just want to get out and ask if i can be refunded or comped for this she says no i ask why she say because i used expedia so i check out and and get management number so i can call on monday. But for me they will never get a penny of my money
