“Fantastic Hotel”

We booked this hotel without knowing anything about the area and were more than pleased with what we found. The area was wonderful, with every amenity, store and restaurant we could have asked for. The room itself was gorgeous and extremely comfortable. The pack-n-play provided for our 1-year-old was also exactly what we needed. Would absolutely stay there again.

Very nice place, large, clean, and modern. We had a two bedroom suite for two adults and three kids and we had plenty of room, one of the largest hotel rooms we have ever stayed in. It had three flat screen TV's and a pull-out couch. Room included a welcome coctail in the evening and a free cooked breakfast with omletts made to order. The pool was clean but nothing special. You could see the big raceway (not a fan, don't know the name) only a mile or so away. It is also very close to a giant mall (2nd biggest in the US?). The hotel offered a free shuttle to the mall. The only downer is that it is a fair distance from the airport and their is no free shuttle. It was a $70.00 cab ride (including tip) each way. All told, a very nice place, i would certainly recommend it.

“Lovely Hotel and Great Breakfast”

The hotel is very new and nicely appointed. The room was great - very clean and comfortable. I noticed that Embassy has changed its standard bedding by upgrading it to more comfortable down comforters and higher threadcount sheets. Even the couch bed was comfortable. Breakfast in the morning was delicious, much better than typical complimentary breakfast. I recommend checking out the spa. My mom got a great hair cut and my pedicure still looks good 3 weeks later. The overall experience was really great. I would recommend this hotel to anyone, from business travelers to families.

“Affordable accomodations, amiable staff, lovely atmosphere!”

My husband and I decided to "vacation" near home this year with our two year old little girl. Looking for relaxation "away" but not too far away. This was a perfect choice for us this year right down to the hotel choice! A great location, convenient to shopping, downtown Charlotte, restaurants + a great staff, clean accomodations and a beautiful lobby with a glass elevator that kept my little girl happy as a bug! The indoor pool is a great bonus as well since you can use it, rain or shine. Very happy and if we decide to vacation near home again...it will be at Embassy Suites Charlotte/Concord!
