“Nice Hotel”

The Embassy was a beautiful hotel and the employees very friendly. My only problem was NO FREE WIFI. They expected you to pay $10 a day for internet service which I found was ridiculous since even dive hotels provide it free. The beds were comfortable but small. I hate double beds! Wish all hotels would go back to queen size. Overall it was okay.

“Fantastic Hotel”

We booked this hotel without knowing anything about the area and were more than pleased with what we found. The area was wonderful, with every amenity, store and restaurant we could have asked for. The room itself was gorgeous and extremely comfortable. The pack-n-play provided for our 1-year-old was also exactly what we needed. Would absolutely stay there again.

“Wonderful and relaxing mini vacation.”

Very nice location, loved the shopping around in the area. Within minutes from downtown. Staff was very nice and professional. Would stay again.

CONCORD MALL OUTLET WAS A WONDERFUL SHOPPING EXPERIENCE. MY FAMILY AND I WAS ABLE TO SHOP, EAT AT DAVE AND BUSTER'S AND BOWL, THEN WATCHED A MIDNIGHT MATINEE AT THE MOVIES.

“The best weekend getaway!”

We held a birthday sleepover in a two bedroom suite. It didn't break us and we had a blast. They were so friendly and clean! I love the evening snacks and drinks complements of the manager.

“lovely hotel, pleasant staff, and convenient location”

our reservation was for rm w/ king bed but rm had double beds. when we brought this to the attention of the front desk, staff immediately apologized and switched our room to one w/ king bed. the complimentary drinks were a treat, and the buffet breakfast was simply divine! the location was quite convenient for shopping, restaurants, and the panthers stadium. this hotel was absolutely wonderful, and we can't wait to return!
