“Extremely clean and close to Charlotte”

The Courtyard Marriott in Concord, NC was extremely clean. It is located near numerous restaurants and several places to shop. Charlotte is approximately 20 minutes away. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to the Charlotte area.

Actually got to the hotel at 11a.m and was able to check-in due to censes being low. This worked out perfect because Concord Mills is less then 1 mil away.There were many places to eat in the area. Great hotel that hasn't been there very long

Staff was wonderful. Very accommodating even though the hotel was packed. Great experience, would definitely stay there again.

I feel that this is a truly Business friendly, conveniently located and very well kept establishment.

“New but”

New hotel, new staff, new cleaning people perhaps not used to cleaning and replacing towels. Upon inspection of the room dirty wash cloths were found on the shower rod. Wash clothes were not replaced - I thought perhaps they are not finished with the room but no that wasn't it. The telphone didn't connect with front desk, had to go down to get wash clothes, then had to wait for someone to bring them from the next door (another hotel owned by the same people) because the desk clerk did not have a key to the linen closet. They don't have snack machine (vending)instead you can purchase snacks for 3x's what they would cost in the store i.e. I got a bag 8oz of gold round pretzles for $1.89 they are about .50 in store and most vending machines. Also be prepared to pay $100.00 incidental deposit.

Staff was very friendly
