Breakfast was very good! Rm 218: Shower water pressure was AWESOME. The bed was comfortable. Some signs of wear and tear carpets torn a tack strip poked my foot at bathroom entrance. Ice machine broken on 2nd floor. The curtains off the track (I fixed them) etc.

What I didn't like: 1st room we were given key card did not work. Then once that was fixed, we settled in and got ready for bed to find the sofa bed was broken. We were given another room to change to. Then, that room key did not work and needed to be fixed. The 2nd night the fire alarm went off and not sure if there was a real fire or not, but we needed to get out. Also, once I got home I found lots of bumps on my arms and legs. When I looked it up, it appears to be bed bugs. What I liked: The hotel is in a great location near lots of restaurants and the mall. The room was very large. We had a bedroom with our own tv and a family room where the kids slept on the pull out with their own tv. Usually the bathroom would have a door from the family area and the bedroom, however this one only had a door from inside the bedroom, which was annoying. The breakfast was good and the employees were very friendly. If I were to go back because the room layout worked well for our family, I would probably bring a mattress cover, just to be sure.

First, hotel has smell of cheap cleaning supplies. Second, the hotel was evacuated due to fire alarms going off. Not sure why. Third, there were a crew of guys that kept coming to the front door blasting their music all through the night. It seemed they were not staying at hotel just hanging out at the front door. Unacceptable. Last, room keys quit working first thing in the morning. Otherwise, room was large and no issues.

Rooms were nice & beds comfortable. Breakfast was good. The pool area is in desperate need of upgrades. Tables & chairs need replacing & walls, entryways & doors need replacing. However , pool water was clean & nicely warm.

Based on the reviews and pictures we thought it was going to be pretty decent to meet from afar and celebrate our daughter’s birthday. The light bulbs were out on our floor and it smelled like weed on the entire floor. Furniture was straight out of a frat house and everything was dated and dirty. The tvs were faced weird directions and didn’t swivel. Our key cards kept not working but the staff was super nice and attentive. Our toilet had a leak and kept making a dripping noise 24/7. Breakfast was less than desirable so much so that we didn’t eat at all and the coffee was basically coffee flavored water. I’ve stayed in over 400 hotels as I’ve traveled 22 years for my career. Again, the staff was super nice but everything else was a huge disappointment, especially for the price for two night’s being over $300.

We stayed here for 6 nights for the Nascar races and we were extremely satisfied with everything from the room, to the employees, the breakfast. It was all better than we were expecting for such a busy week for the area. We highly recommend this place!!!

We have stayed in every hotel on that street. It is not bad but there was nothing particular that stood out. The rooms were as basic as can be. The decor was 20 years old. If you are looking for just a place to sleep and nothing more, this is the place for you.

The pool was closed. My room face front of the building and bright lights shine in the building. The darkening curtain wouldnt stay close and their were small holes that would let the light in. So the room had some light in at night. The breakfast was not good. Hot food was good and aweful. The juice machine didnt work. I book my hotel on hotel.com and expect the pool to be open and juice machine. To work. If u post this for your hotel it should be available. Will not stay here or any comfort suite again

The hotel was clean. The staff was friendly. They lock doors at night for safety which i appreciate. But the pool was closed unexpectedly with no discount. The breakfast was minimal. The woman running it was very friendly but made us feel bad for her because she "got there at 2am for a delivery and was tired". She wanted to clean up and started putting stuff away at 9am although it is 6:30-9:30.

Spiders and cobwebs hanging from the ceiling. Staff absent from the desk or outside smoking in the gazebo. Cleaning person slid paper under the door saying to ask front desk for towels since there was a ‘do not disturb’ sign on the door, but we never put the sign on the door. We were there for two nights and had to ask for towels. The whole place smelled musty and nasty with stained carpets everywhere. There was also dip spit in the elevator floor for awhile, but then smelled as if cleaned with dirty mop water. NASTY!
