I always enjoy the time spent at the Westin Columbus. It exceeds my expectations everytime. Better than the only real competitor by a mile and less per night.

I've stayed at various Westin's for both business and pleasure. They serve as excellent short-term stay hotels and this experience was no different.

“Comfortable stay”

Pros: --Very friendly staff at front desk chatted with us about our visit to see Blue Jackets hockey game --Hardwood floors in room with nice rug made it feel like home --flat screen TV that actually had a wide variety of High Definition channels --Very comfortable bed Cons: --Bathroom door slightly larger than door jam and had to be pulled very hard to shut all the way and pushed very hard to open again (loud) --Shower had two shower heads and the top one was supposed to be always on with the lower one on or off by button, but our bathroom had them switched so I had to bend over to the lower head or otherwise use both heads. --Nothing was included-had to pay for parking and could pay for food/snacks which were about 3x over priced. Overall: Very enjoyable stay overall.

Lovely hotel located in the court district in downtown Columbus. No pool. No view from our room. But, very comfortable and clean. Loved the valet parking.

Great room and beautiful hotel. The only negative was that the room was very small for the price...not much of a bargain.

This hotel wasn't the typical "chain." It offered a classy ambience that wasn't snobby. Decor was beautiful; service was friendly. Room comfortable and clean.
