“Small hotel room / European bathroom (not handy)”
Hardly any space in bathroom to put anything down. Quality of finishes and decorations is all very nice, it is just a little less practical when it is more cramped. Parking your car however is convenient and right next to this downtown hotel.

“Very Impressed”
Had a great stay at the Westin. Staff was great! Food in the restuarant was awesome!
“Hotel great location not so much”
The hotel is beautiful, room small but very nice and comfy. The location was rough and nothing really in walking distance. The restaurant in the hotel was nice but if you wanted something quick, less expensive and in walking distance there wasn't anything. The Subway on the corner was closed down. The parking was convenient but I got blocked in and couldn't leave and since it was the self-park side the valets couldn't move the car.
“Not bad, but good have been better”
1. Room was very noisy--when the staff put the receipt under the door, it sounded like a rat. Woke both of us up at 5AM. Heard pipes, etc. 2. Staff thought we were checking out--but we had reservations for two nights, so they ignored the Do Not Disturb sign and tried to get in while I was napping. Then called the room and I had to inform them that I had a reservation for 2 nights. 3. Charged $20/night for valet parking--which is fine but charged an extra $20 ACCIDENTALLY for my guest. Fought with me to change that. 4. When checking in--the lady was hateful. 5. Anytime I called, the operator was pleasant and helpful. Had a good breakfast buffet.
“Perfect location for Marathon”
We were staying in Columbus for the Marathon. The hotel was in a great location and the service and quality were excellent. The staff was friendly, helpful and they extended the checkout for runners until 2pm which worked out great!
“Nice Hotel in Convenient Location”
Have stayed in this hotel previously and would stay again, although I did receive a phantom charge on my bill after receiving my e-mail receipt that I had to call the hotel to get reversed. The property has a very historic feel, and boutique properties.
“Pleasant experience.”
Not the most convenient location.
“weekend getaway”
This trip to Columbus provided a relaxing and entertaining weekend with friends--many things to do downtown and in nearby German Village.
“Not impressed.”
Overall, the hotel was well kept and clean. The "one queen bed" room was very small, but clean. They didn't offer a free breakfast or free cocktail hour like the other hotels we've frequented. The $20 parking fee was unexpected and disturbing. Had we known we had to pay for parking, we would have stayed somewhere else and paid that $20 toward a better room. Outside of our window there was "construction", which we did not hold against the hotel, but it wasn't very pretty.
