“Very pleaed”

Rooms were nice but bathroom really needed redone. Free breakfast was alright but on a Sunday morning they had one lady running the front desk and keeping the breakfast bar stocked. Pool was nice and clean. Didn't have a hot tub though. Will stay there again.

“Good Economy Class Hotel”

This all suites hotel was recently redecorated. The new decor was very attractive. There was a clean indoor pool and brand new treadmill and bike in an excersise area. The staff was helpful and attentive. Our room however,was facing a small,low priced motel with very loud obnoxious guests in the parking lot outside our window. We were unable to get a different room for the following night due to the hotel being completely booked up.

“Nice hotel, but poor service”

We spent 2 nights at the hotel. During the day, we were gone from the hotel until early evening. The hotel room was not made nor supplies replenished during this time. The staff came by about 5:00 and asked if we needed anything. They left laundry from other room piled in the hallways for a couple of hours during this time as well. The hotel had a complementary hot breakfast. The lobby is small and did not seem equipped to handle the number of weekend vistors wanting to take advantage of this perk.

“Noisy”

You could hear people playing cards in the lobby, we were 2 rooms away. The bathroom smelled like stale body odor. The king size bed and the high ceilings were nice, but the fold out couch was a twin and not very comfortable. No bedding in the room for the couch. Had to get the bedding from the desk and then the guy didn't know where the blankets were. He said he'd bring them to us when the person from the next shift got there at 11:00 pm. After the 3rd call I went to the front desk and insisted that he give me the blanket. I waited an hour and a half.

“Rooms not cleaned well”

The bathroom was not cleaned and there were hairs in the tub! I could have lived with just about anything besides a dirty bathroom. We will not be using this hotel again.

“NOT SAFE WITH CHILDREN”

Please STAY AWAY from this hotel. This hotel is unsafe. We walked in and a police officer was there looking for a "guest" at the hotel. Front desk clerk assured us this happens all the time and not to worry. This just made me worry more. We reluctantly checked in and went to see the pool and rooms. The pool is a safety issue. Ceiling is ready to fall in with many leaks and filthy. The room had only one working light, the beds looked like they were just thrown together, stains on carpet and sofa. We were placed on first floor and outside of window was a broken down fence. We immediately left the hotel and had to dirve threw 2 abandoned motels to get out of parking lot. We went to another hotel and tried to get Expedia to change our hotel, but this hotel would not refund our money they wanted us to come back and they would make it right. No thanks, how do you make my families safety right? I guess I am out the money...I would rather have my family safe then sorry. Please stay somewhere else!

“THIS PLACE IS A DUMP”

This whole area is a run-down dump. Half the stores are abandoned and vacant and not just the little stores or Mexican restaurants. The Best Buys and grocery chains are all leaving town as well. Every single place we visited had terrible service, employees friends loitering around and bad food. The hotel was no different. There were teens loitering outside and in the hotel at all hours of the night. The one in the room next to us must have thought he was auditioning for American Idol because he was doing a poor R Kelly impression at the top of his lungs in the middle of the day. The hotel was supposed to be non-smoking, but someone was definitely smoking in our room at some point. Internet connection is a sluggish 10 Mbps speed - tops - through a LAN hard line connection. Good luck asking the staff for internet support. I do not know if the rest of Columbus is like this part of town, but I would say if you have the choice, STAY AWAY. Nothing worth while here.

“Never Again”

We stayed three days. Our room was only cleaned once. We called for towels on the second day and they wouldn't even bring them up to us. We had to go get them. My daughter had homework that needed to be turned in and the network didn't work in the room. They made no attempt to fix it. Wen we passed rooms that were being cleaned the cleaning crew was using vulgar language referencing the work they do for the hotel. I will never stay at a Comfort Suites again!
