Took great care of us & gave us a room to fit our needs after expedia changed our reservations from two double beds to one single bed

This is just one of the best hotels to make home during a vacation. The rooms are no less than ones you can find in famous hotels in terms of cleaniness, space, and elegance. It was really perfect for me.

“Great value for the money”

I know this is an older hotel that was previously a Cross Country Inn, but they have made strides to improve the condition and comfort here. New bathrooms, furniture, nice sitting area outside with grill and picnic table. Room wasn't ready upon arrival, even though computer said it was, but maid immediately took care of it upon request of front desk who was very apologetic. He even remembered me and my room number the next day at breakfast and asked how everything was. Great service. Nice breakfast.

“comfortable clean and tranquil”

While not a new and manicured hotel, it provided many small conveniences at a reasonable price. We appreciated the game system for children. BEDDING WAS VERY FRESH AND CLEAN. Lovely grounds and walkways, especially the fragrant roses in full bloom, other guests very nice and careful to clean up after pets. Will definitely visit again.

For a motel that accepts pets our room was very clean and had no pet or other odors. The desk clerk when we checked out Mon morning didn't seem to really care when I told him that the toilet would run every now & then.

The Baymont in Westerville is a nice, clean facility that is convienent to the intestate. The staff is freindly and quite helpful.

I spent one night at this hotel. The room was clean but looked like it needed some interior design help. There were some maintenance issues that didn't affect the rooms comfort but were visually unpleasant. Overall it was a nice, clean, comfortable room. The staff was nice, the breakfast bar was a typical continental breakfast. I'd recommend this hotel, and would stay there again. Only thing is that the signage isn't very big, I passed it by once.

“Not bad when travelling alone”

I had a room with one double bed. It was rather small but large enough for one person traveling alone. The bathroom was quite nice. There were no bedside lamps or light switches but the room is so small that was not a problem. The room had a microwave, refrigerator, iron & ironing board and coffee maker. The free breakfast was well presented and complete, not just doughnuts and coffee. However, they are very strict about their 3:00 PM check in time so do not arrive too early.
