“My breakfast choice has changed for ever!”

Friendly efficient staff meant we were checked in quickly having caught the excellent free shuttle bus from the Airport. Nice big cosy rooms. Separate toilet/shower and sink meant my other half didn't have to wait until I had finished putting my "slap" on before he could start getting ready!!! Excellent breakfast - I haven't dared weigh myself since I got back though. Convenient location to the Nationwide Arena. All in all very happy with the service - I just wish the weather outside hadn't been quite so cold!

“Bearable.”

The hotel room was satisfactory. The breakfast was only bagels or stodgy sweet muffins. Not much choice, not even cereal or fruit. Free coffee all day was a great bonus though. Even though we asked in advance for the free shuttle from the airport it wasn't sorted for us so we had to spend $30 straight after landing. Even when we rang them from the airport they didn't offer the service. Housekeeping cleaned room when asked not to which was also annoying. All in all not bad but probably wouldn't choose them first for our next visit to the states.
