“Disappointing”

The hotel is old. The halls and main areas are dirty. Noises and smells travel easily.

“Disappointing”

As I arrived, the room heating system was set to max power/max temperature, very uncomfortable. I had to open the room window for about 1 hour to cool down to an acceptable level. There was no water offered at the room in the fridge or outside, nor I was offered to take one to my room. I had to dress-up again and go back to the lobby to get one, as there was no room service available to deliver to the room.
