Only downfall is the stable style bathroom door and no exhaust fan. Very little bathroom privacy other than that, 10/10!!!

Loved the woman-run front desk, my room was so clean and the bed was so comfortable! My only bummer was that the hotel bar was not open.

I loved the more modern design….. the bed was extremely comfortable and warm and the walk in shower was great! Overall……we had as great stay!

Shower floor tiles need to be replaced they are coming up and disgusting, the ceiling needs to be repainted it’s got patches everywhere and it’s cracked, the couch had stains on it, the flooring by the bed was coming up

Very clean room, modern decor, comfortable bed/pillows. the hotel smelled so clean and fresh when we walked in. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I definitely will book again when in the area!

Yes, unfortunately most Aloft Hotels only have the microwave in the lobby

This used to be a great place to stay in Westerville, but the staffing has changed the experience. On check in, the staff used to be welcoming. Not so much the last few times we’ve stayed here. What a shame.

Every staff member we encountered during our stay was absolutely incredible. Polite, accommodating, and super friendly!! We loved our front desk girl, I wish I would have gotten her name! There is no kitchen/restaurant on site, like the website says, but they have snacks and drinks for sale in the lobby.
