rude front desk employees

Was just one night. Reserved two rooms through Hotel.com and my credit card was charged for both rooms. When I checked-in, the front desk person told me I only had one room. She was extremely rude about it. I showed her the email for reservations for two rooms, yet she still insisted I had only one room. After arguing with her for several minutes she realized I did have two rooms, but she never apologized.

Terrible

Pros: Not much
Cons: More wash cloths and glasses available in the room.
Location: uncertain I left immediately.
The Floor we were on smelled with smoke. Luckly our room did not. We requested more than 2 wash cloths, but were told we have to use hand towels as wash cloths. The mattresses were very hard and the pillows were either itchy or very hard. We had to leave early. The staff was kind. But I think I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

The price was right

Pros: If you are looking for somewhere to sleep that is cheap and clean, this is the place.
Well you know you get what you pay for. I was in town for a wedding, I was going to stay @ my daughters apartment, but it is so tiny. I said less find a cheap hotel near the wedding. We found something cheap and clean which is all we were really looking for. Breakfast was grab and go, coffee and muffins.

No maid service at all , carpets badly in need of replacement...so much construction surrounding building we found it challenging to find out how to get into the hotel

For the most part, this hotel was great. There was a little bit of noise in the hallway as people came and went, but not too bad. The staff were very helpful and friendly and took care of anything we needed. It would have been lovely if there were no smoking anywhere inside the building because smoke smells lingered in the hallways and elevators. Our actual room was non-smoking, which helped. There was a recliner in our room, which I very much appreciated because I don't do well with firm mattresses. The hotel is very close to both expensive and inexpensive dining options, and if you want to catch a movie, there is a theater within walking distance. Easy access to freeways.

Cons: 水回りが傷んでいた。風呂はシャワーのみでバスタブは栓のパッキンがダメになっていたので使えず。
Location: レンタカー等、自力で移動できないと、買い物さえできないエリア。 レンタカーで移動ができれば、ポラリスモールはお勧め。 ちょっと足を延ばしてデイトンまで移動すれば、空軍の博物館がある。これは見応えがある。
建物を含め設備が老朽化しつつある感じを受ける。 キッチン付きの部屋は、部屋で食事ができるので便利だし旅のコストを抑えるには適している。 日本のホテルと違い、一人あたりの価格ではないので、「家族旅行で全員で1部屋」的な利用に向いていると思う。

From the warm greeting to the clean room to the comfy bed this was a wonderful stay. Plenty of restaurant options all in walking distance.
