“Very Nice and Quiet Location”

Very nice. Its very close to I 71 but unless window is open then you hear no noise. Even with window open its not bad. Quiet in the hotel . Thre is some construction starting on the north side so that may become a noise factor so you may want to ask for a room away from there. The water tank had to be replaced while I was there but they told you when the water would have to be off. Things like that happen and it was off like an hour and then back on.

“Great kitchen, I knew what to bring”

They gave me a smoking room when i showed up, i booked non, the front desk clerck promptly switched room. I knew from my last visit a trip to wal-mart for sponge, dish soap and paper towells iis nessassary for this accomidation. I love what ESA has to offer and location was great!!!

“Great hotel”

The room was very nice and clean. Quick check in and check out. Enjoyed my experience there and will stay there again when I'm in Columbus.

“Comfortable and convenient to the event we were attending”

We have stayed at Extended Stay American for the past five years when we attned the Quarter Horse Congress. While not luxurious, it is comfortable, convenient and good value for the money. We will most likely stay there again nex year.

“Great for the price”

I have never stayed in an Extended Stay hotel, so wasn't as prepared as I should have been. I didn't bring shampoo & conditioner or a hair dryer. The front desk did have shampoo (not conditioner) and a hair dryer (that I had to return to the front desk.) I think this was my fault not being familiar with this type of hotel. The room was clean and we didn't have any complaints.

“You can do better for your money”

I had some problems while staying here. First of all, the room keys were different from anything else I've ever had. They weren't swipe cards like at most hotels, they were plastic with a combination of holes in it that I guess fit the lock. Our one key didn't work so we got locked out of our room at night since the front desk was closed, and had trouble getting back in. They didn't give you the complimentary shampoo, etc. that you're accustomed to getting at hotels which was a problem cause I didn't bring mine. Our room was nice though in the fact that it felt like an apartment, but b/c it had a kitchen there was no free breakfast. And there's no FREE wi-fi here, you have to pay to use it, which I thought was stupid. No pool either. Rather disappointing. I don't recommend staying here, because there are tons of better options out there. The area is great to stay in, just not at this hotel.

“Not impressed”

We requested a non-smoking room. We got a very smelly smoking room with stains on the carpeting. We were happy with the rate; the people were friendly but the room needed a thorough cleaning. We mentioned this when we checked out and received apologies and discount coupons for our next stay.
