I booked this hotel because it said free breakfast and all that was there was just granola bars. That is not breakfast in my eyes and I can’t believe we paid this much money and you don’t get free breakfast and you guys don’t even have a pool. I’m very disappointed with you guys description of what amenities you have and then you do not have them. We could have stayed at a different hotel nearby that had breakfast but when I read that you guys had breakfast, I want to head and booked with you. I’m very disappointed in the stay and I will not be staying at this type of hotel ever again! Please be sure that the head of this company reads this review.

Not great but ok
stopped here to get some sleep on a trip back home. hotel was ok, not great, not the worst ever. our room and had ground up chewing gum on the carpet that was sticky and you can tell it had not be vacuumed. hair in the shower. bed sheets had a faint smell of smoke or it could have been the detergent. either way was not real pleasant. breakfast was coffee and granola bars and packaged muffins.

EXACTLY WHAT I paid for-Not Hilton-Budget hotel
You get what you pay for - standard, cheap, safe, reliable - that's all I wanted and needed and it's exactly what I got so if you want HILTON LEVEL SERVICE - this is not for you but if you want a decent, safe, spacious, WiFi enabled room with a good TV and fridge and microwave - THIS WAS PERFECT for me- desk staff have been very reliable and helpful and are generally available all day every day - weekend contact after 11 was challenging but still there - they cover 2 properties so it is understandable

The property is in a sketchy area with sketchy people. The bed feels like bricks with a blanket on top. Having a hot shower took about 30min of the water running for it to get warm enough to bare a shower. The staff was nice however.

Hated my stay
People were hanging right outside the front door smoking, and I had to get through them to get to the door. My room smelled horrible upon entry. I opened a window hoping that would help. It smelled like a pet had peed mixed with someone smoking packs of cigarettes. And the TV’s remote didn’t work. I made my concerns at the front desk and the young lady tried spraying something in the room (which she admitted she could also smell), but that didn’t help at all. I couldn’t wait to leave there in the morning! Never again

The fact that I reserved a room with 2 beds, only got one, cockroach in the bathroom, and another party was paying for the room and they took it out of my account. All the way around a horrible experience, my daughters didn’t even sleep that night and we had been at a family reunion, few hours away from home. They checked out at 730am was suppose to be able to stay until 11.

Don’t book this place if they jack the rates
Terrible, jacked up rates due to local activities - room was sub-par, dirty carpet. People were smoking at the entrance at all hours - grab & go breakfast was terrible, cold bad coffee no non-sweetened creamer choices, old granola bars and blueberry muffins without blueberries. Water took a long time to get hot - paid about triple the regular going rate and I feel completely ripped off

Only did an overnight stay but the room was clean, bed comfortable and it was quiet. The staff were friendly and courteous. There were regulars hanging out around and in the hotel hallways but I didn't feel unsafe. The to go breakfast was a laugh. It was a packet of oatmeal but there weren't any bowls to make it in which made it clear they were only catering to the people living there.
