“Excellent service and good value in north Columbus”

This hotel is a little dated but the rooms are very comfortable and the staff is excellent. Unfortunately, the location has declined and this is the nicest hotel in the area.

“Acceptable and clean”

My room was clean and comfortable - nothing spectacular, but no problems. No refrigerators in rooms.

“Nice place”

Very nice clean hotel. When we reserved our room we asked for a rollaway bed and it was not there when we got there. I called the front desk and they brought it up within minutes. Room and bathroom were very clean. My kids loved the indoor pool!

“Decent but could be better with little investment.”

In a quiet location. Pool looks nice but did not have time to go in. room is cozy but the walls are empty. Perhaps a couple of inexpensive framed prints would make the room more pleasing. My wife and I stayed as a couple. There was only one coffee serving.

“We will probably stay next year for Equine Affaire and the Quarter Horse Congress”

The only thing I had a problem with was the noise from the highway. Even that probably would have been OK if the fan would continue to run, but that kept going on and off and added to the noise. If we stay again I would ask for a room away from the highway. Also you need fans in the bathrooms.

This hotel is a great value for your money. We were very pleased with the accomodations and the friendliness of the staff.

“Good Hotel”

This is a good hotel, great customer service, fast room service and a comfortable room. The only thing that bothered me, and maybe it was just the room I was in was the ceiling had water stains on it and needed paint, and there was a little bit of mold in a couple places on the wall paper near the ceiling, also a couple simular issues in the bathroom...beyond that the room was very clean. I would stay again and I would recommend it.

“Nice hotel”

Nice hotel, beds were comfy! Staff at front desk was extremely nice and very helpful. When we asked about places to go eat or go out he gave us ideas and also a map and directions as to how to get there. Bathroom was decent size and so was room. We did not think the room was noisy at all. Overall good stay and we would go back!

“Crowne Plaza Hotel Columbus North”

This property is a bit out of the way from Downtown, however it has a great vib and the atomsphere is very good. You will enjoy your stay.

“A great stay”

Stayed there for two nights. Folks were very friendly. Hotel was clean but noisy (next to an Interstate). Nevertheless, I do recommend it.
