“Would not go back.”

Room was dirty. Had to have the keys programmed everyday. Did not get daily room service and when we did get it they did not bring coffee cups made the bed once in 4 days. Towels were so rough they were scatchy.Overall was not a clean place and run down. Continetal breakfast was cereal os small muffins As a rule I am not hard to please but I would not recommend this to anyone..

“pretty good”

I came here for my wifes grad from Basic. Its right off the inerstate so easy to get to. 15min from Ft. Jackson visitors gate. Half the price as closer hotels. I can't complain at all. Cracker barrel and burger king walking distance next door. Sports bar right behind hotel as well, also walking distance. My In-Laws agree with me. Good place to spend a night or two. I would go back!

“Will not go back”

I'm young and not terribly picky, but I will not stay here again. The shower drain was clogged, there was no tv remote, the sheets were too small for the bed (had to fix them multiple times a night to avoid sleeping directly on the dirty mattress, the room overall was dirty, and there were a couple cases of bugs. I booked this hotel for 3 nights just to try a different hotel when going down to visit my girlfriend in college and next time I fly back down, I will NOT stay here, but rather stay at the other hotel I've booked previously... Studio Plus Columbia. I wish I had nicer things to say about this hotel, but I was honestly disappointed.

Must see

Riverbanks Zoo. Best 20 dollars I've spent in a long time. Adult ticket is 11 dollars and change.

“Got what I paid for”

With the exception of a very noisy bathroom exhaust fan and leaky shower head, the stay was good. We will give it one more try during our next trip to Columbia SC

“"Fort Jackson, Graduation stay"”

i went to my daughters Army graduation @ Ft, Jackson, not kwowing where to stay or how far it would be , glad i picked this hotel , just take your GPS and your set , freeway close... Could'nt forget the very friendly hotel staff, helpful in everyway, fresh coffee in mornings.....

“Get what you pay for”

For the price, the place isn't bad. It's a clean room. The only problem I had was that the sheets were really itchy. I had to find a 24hour Wal-Mart to get Bendryl at 2 am because I woke up itching. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is muffins and ceral but there is a Craker Barrel right in front of the hotel. It's not far from USC (about a 5-10 min drive) which is what I was in town for, so it wasn't too bad for the price. It meets the basic needs as far as a place to rest your head but not a hotel to hang out at all day. It did have an outdoor pool which my kids were happy to enjoy. It sits right off the interstate but you don't hear too much noise which was nice.

Area recommendations

If you have kids take them to the Riverbanks Zoo. My girls enjoyed the trip and the animals.

“Will stay again. Great staff.”

Wonderful staff. The lady at the front desk makes you feel like a really secial person. The hotel building is a little bit dark and there are no places to walk, but other than that, everything was just great!
