“Fine for the price”

This Super 8 met my expectations: it was clean, adequately equipped, safe, and had an okay free breakfast. They do also have an indoor heated pool which my children enjoyed. If you, like my husband, are wanting something a little nicer- better breakfast, better pillows, larger room, you need to go somewhere else and pay a little more. Overall this was fine for what I spent.

very clean hotel. it was everything we expected and needed. the quality surprised me for the price. we will stay there again. very satisfied.

Overall the experience was good. I understand i got a smoking room, but could you air it out some. I didn't smoke in the room, but had to buy air freshener to be able to breathe in it.

Great bargain in a very well maintained clean motel!! Only possible downside, although it didn't bother us is that it's right next to I 70.

“Best Super 8 in Columbia, DON'T go to Clark Lane location!”

My reason for staying here is atypical. There was a mix up with my move in date for my apartment, and so I had to find a place to stay for 3 weeks. I stayed here for 1 week, then booked a week stay at the Super 8 on Clark Lane to be closer to town. Do NOT go to the Clark Lane location. It's so bad, there's not enough room to list all the things wrong with that location. The last and third week, I went back to Super 8 East ("Lake of the Woods"). Everything has been great here. It's clean, and the people and staff are courteous and attentive. Both of my stays here I paid for a double queen bed room. The bathroom was nice and roomy. At the Clark Lane location it was like stepping into a bathroom on an airplane- TINY. This may not be helpful to others, but there were two things I really liked. First, the proximity of the parking lot to the motel. I could park my car near the side entrance and access my room on the first floor quickly. From my car to the motel it was maybe 10 steps. Which was very convenient for me as I had to carry some heavy things to my room (with an injured leg). The other thing I liked was the washer and dryer, near that side entrance/door. Since I stayed here for 2 weeks, it was definitely something I needed and was far more convenient then driving all the way into town to do laundry. Not to mention I could go back to my room for an hour to wait for the laundry to be done, instead of waiting in a laundromat.

Very comfortable with knowledgeable staff that were always willing to answer questions. More options at breakfast would be helpful for those of us watching our waistline!

Quick check in, clean room, good service. Hotel was quiet. Breakfast was mediocre at best, but everything else was good.

“Will be a regular stop.”

We specifically elected to stay at this motel twice during our trip. The site is in excellent condidtion, well maintained with a very friendly, helpful staff. The rooms are spacious and very clean. While the site is not near to sit-down restaurants, it;'s only a ten minute drive to downtown Columbia. We'll be back.

“Super 8 is just simply GREAT!”

Our daughter and her family live in Columbia, Missouri. We travel 9 hours to be able to spend time with them. The young gentleman that was working the afternoon we checked in was very welcoming. We travel with our dog ELVIS. It is so nice that you accommodate those needs. We also appreciate that you make it affordable for us to travel. We enjoyed our stay. We also plan to stay at the Super 8 on our next visit to Columbia. Again, Thank You!
