“Will stay again for the Master's”

The hotel was clean, relatively new, very convenient to Interstate. Only drawback... was that I tried to check in at 11:00 am (admittedly, with no advance notice) and no rooms were ready. At the appropriate time my room was ready.. Other than that, this hotal met all expectations.

the lobby was nice and clean, the room was even better! the bed was very cozy and the pillows too! the tv was a very new up to date one, bathrooms were well stocked and clean. overall the stay was great and very close to where we needed to be.

A very attractive, stylish Holiday Inn. Very clean. Beds and pillows very comfortable. I haven't stayed in a Holiday Inn in quite some time, so have not experienced the new ones, but I would say that this is probably the nicest I've been in. As someone used to New England/New York hotel prices, I thought that this Holiday Inn was excellent value. The desk staff and restaurant staff are friendly and helpful. Checking out was efficient. Food at the restaurant (Sporting News Grill) exceeded expectations. Mostly very good but sometimes orders were incorrect--i.e., fried eggs when scrambled were ordered. Servers were gracious about fixing, however. Location very convenient for us (i.e., proximity to Lexington Medical Center, restaurants, the Columbia Zoo and Botanical Garden) but not especially attractive, as it is at a major intersection and surrounded by strip malls. IIn summary, I would recommend both this Holiday Inn and its restaurant. without reservation.

“Comforts of Home”

Staying at the Holiday Express was a most satisfying experience, and we would definitely stay here again and will recommend it to others. The lobby area is very inviting and pleasing to the eye, and the front desk personnel were exceptionally professional, friendly, and helpful. Our room was clean and quiet. Bed was very comfortable. There was a nice casual and inviting feeling to the bar/restaurant, and the waitstaff was friendly and attentive. I would rate the food quality as good and acceptable, but not outstanding. This was the ideal location due to the closeness to the airport and for attending the Masters.

“Best in the area”

Hotel staff is professional and friendly. Hotel is very new and therefore clean and has a nice atmosphere. The only problem we had was a lot of noise in the hall from other guests late at night and also wind blowing through the heating system which made it hard to sleep.

“Check in delay”

Long wait at check in. The clerk was interuppted by several phone calls. He could have called for help, but instead said he was ok. When a customer is wating 15 minutes to check in and help is available, he should have asked for it.
