Close to MO Soccer Park, easy access off the highway, quick check in. Staff was pleasant and responsive. For the cost, the property is a bit outdated and in need of upgrades. Bed comfort is mediocre.

Not pleased ! Tv satellite was out, room was much too hot and could not regulate temperature, and shower had no water pressure! Terrible night !!

In late October, price was great, room was great. Advertised hot tub did not work. No huge deal but when things don’t work I get annoyed when I only find out after I have paid.

We only stayed one night as had been previously planned. I had a full night of uninterrupted sleep. Breakfast the next morning was perfect. The staff was very friendly and attentive. I would most definitely stay there again if in the area.

The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. The doorlocking mechanism to our room wasn't functioning normally. When we mentioned this to staff we were told they were aware but "didn't know why it did that". There was a landscaping light pointed directly at our window, and the light blocking shade wouldn't close completely, so it was not a great night of sleep.

A little confusing
The desk clerk seemed confused about our check in. Reserved a King room and got a room with 2 queens. Room was clean. When checking out, the morning clerk couldnt find us by name and our room 111 was under a totally different person’s name that we did not know.

Too expensive for quality of rooms
Room smelled of mold. Mold was in the corners of the room. Room keys wouldn’t work as the front desk didn’t look to see how long we were staying. When we tried to get the keys to work again the lady at the front desk blamed us for the keys not working. Told us we must of had them next to our phones however another person came to help us and was able to see that the lady didn’t have the keys programmed for the length of our stay. This hotel needs a lot of work!

Do not stay here
1st floor room very dirty and musty. Mold behind curtains. Big cobwebs with big bugs stuck in them. Felt wet and AC not working very good. Beat up walls and stained furniture. Got a headache from the mold. Had to leave, I couldn’t stay there, so ick!!! They refuse refund.

Staff was friendly. The entire place needs updated and cleaned better. Even the landscape was weedy and over grown. A tree, at the corner of the parking lot, prevented anyone from parking in almost two spaces. The bed was lumpy and needed to be replaced.

We stayed at this hotel 6 years ago and it was nice and clean at that time. Our stay there this time was not very good at all. There was still trash left over in our room from the last occupants and a cleaning rag left as well. The room smelled musty and there was mold growing in the bathroom. The bathroom floor was dirty as well. There were also ants crawling on the base boards and on the floors.

They need to sweep vacuum or anything would help. Not very clean smells in the rooms. Had to ask 2 times for someone to clean out room. And one evening shift lady was to busy on her phone to help people.

The staff were excellent. Super fast check in. My daughter forgot her camera and the manager was super kind and helpful about getting it returned. Plenty of space for a family of 6, room just needs an update.
