helpful front desk clerk, large breakfast, room was very clean and price was reasonable. Umm what else can I say.....Indoor pool was nice..we will be back.

We enjoyed the pool and hot tub which was also clean and warm (some indoor pools are too cold.)

I've stayed at a lot of hotels around the world and this was a good value for the money - it isn't the four seasons but you aren't paying four seasons prices either

“Good Hotel”

The day we were to check in I called the hotel to verify they received the reservation from Expedia. Lady who answered the phone was very nice and verified they had two rooms for us. We arrived late in the evening and the man behind the counter greeted us as soon as we walked in the door. Check in was fast. Honestly in less than a minute we had keys in hand headed for the elevator. The room was clean, and I'm a picky person. I've stayed in hotels that charge a lot more than this one and weren't up to par. The only thing I found in the room was a comsmetic issue. They have wallpaper boards that go around the top of the room. One small part was coming away from the wall. Didn't affect my comfort or have any impact on my stay. Just something I noticed. Next morning on check out the lady behind the counter greeted us and had us checked out...again very quickly. Overall this is a great hotel if you're looking to stay in Jeff City. Staff was friendly and the room was good.

This location works for me, it's affordable and clean.

Room was clean. However bathroom door wouldn't stay shut and blowdryer keep falling about. And there was an odor that wouldn't go away, not a dirty smell, but a smell none the less.
