Great place especially that it’s close to my wife’s rehab location. Wish there was a desk for that and I’d love to stay more often.

We could not find any plastic silverware near the food service area. There was a strong smell of gas near the ice machine just outside of our room. We reported it but never knew what happened. It was better the next day but the odor was still present.

Overpriced for what it is - rooms not well cleaned - dust and fingerprints all over. Breakfast is not provided - only a Starbucks outlet in lobby. Did have fridge and microwave in room which was convenient.

Great stay
Rooms are rooms shower had good pressure. clean and comfy room. What stood out was the staff. The front desk person was great! Super nice and super helpful. Bar employee was great as well!

I had reserved a room with a king bed. When I checked in, I was told I was receiving a room with two queen beds because a room with a king bed "was not available". When I asked if there was a price difference, the woman who checked me in replied "probably". When I asked what the price different was, she sighed heavily and said "let me check". Once I went to my room, the room was clean, however the bathroom was in desperate need of re-caulking around the bathtub, re-wallpapering around the bathtub, and painting on the inside door frame of the bathroom. These were things I was not expecting from a Mariott hotel; especially a hotel that charged almost $200 per night, in a town of 126,000.

The hotel was under construction (which I understand and don't hold against them). It seemed a mess. The pool was closed. There was no "continental breakfast". There were no drink chits. I was there for a couple of days. There wasn't enough coffee in the room (one cup). There are other local hotels that offer these things and this one should as well.

We were not informed of a major remodel that also closed the pool. We have a ant problem in our room plus a random bug on the ceiling. (Seems weird to see ants in MO in the winter) The cover on our bedding clearly wasn’t washed because it has a blue stain that looked fresh. We are pretty disappointed because we had chose this property for the indoor pool.

Unfortunately, we cannot control whether or not or other third parties display these warnings or inform guests on the phone of the renovations in progress as we have asked them to do. I understand your disappointment with the pool being closed if that was your primary reason for choosing our location. Courtyard is actually Construction by Marriott
Hotel was a wreck, construction being done at 7:30 Friday night during check in. If we hadn't been on the road since 12 PM we would have tried to find a other room. Front desk was rude, excuses, no ice machine in entire building was plugged in, hot tub has been filled in with cement. Dusty, noisy, highway traffic noise is ridiculous.

Had two rooms. One room was ok, but had a few issues with furniture falling apart and heat was inconsistent. Our other room had many issues. Toilet did not work, heat did not work, furniture falling apart or inoperable. One additional minor thing was that the restrooms lacked towel bars to hang up towels, etc… Lack of food options. The restaurant was only open for breakfast and was very expensive. Obviously the know there are no other close by options so they capitalize on this.
