I was skeptical at first, but my overall experience was wonderful. The hotel staff was very courteous and efficient with the way they handled things.

We arrived late at night but the concierge was very nice and got us checked in right away. We booked online and it was really very easy. The TV was huge and we only stayed one night--wish I could have stayed longer and seen a movie or something. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were too soft. But that was all right since we were only staying the one night. Breakfast was perfect. I made a waffle for DH and I had some cereal and french toast.

This was probably the best hotel experience I have ever had. The staff was healpful and pleasant. The pool was clean and the water was nice (not freezin! The hot tub felt awesome after a long travel. Breakfast was exceptional. The lady that takes care of the breakfast was like a ray of sunshine. It was kept clean and so appetizing. I know I'll forget something, but there was a waffle iron (cin. or plain), french toast, bagels, oatmeal, boiled eggs, yogurt, cereal, fresh fruit, apple juice, OJ, GOOD coffee, danish, etc....My son is a big breakfast eater, and he was thrilled with the choices. The bed was comfortable. We had a microwave and fridge. Roomy and wifi right in the room! Bathroom was clean with plenty of hot water. I just can't brag on this place enough. If I am so fortunate to be in the area again, I will stay here, no question about it!

When we arrived at the hotel we had a good welcome. When we recieved our rooms one of our rooms wasn't cleaned. We were relocated very quickly. Staff was very friendly. We really enjoyed ourselves. Very close to Fort Jackson which is what we needed. Breakfast in the mornings was very fulfilling.

Very polite staff and wonderful rooms. We enjoyed the whole trip. They have a very accomidating hotel.

The hotel was ok - not too impressed with it - the matress was very hard..uncomfortable to sleep - other than that it was ok for an immediate stay...would not stay again though--too much traffic also in the area....
