“West Columbia stay”

Not a very good location. The hotel is dated. Entrance and exit from Augusta Rd. (Hwy 1) to the site is very dangerous.

“Not a 3 star hotel”

Not a three star hotel. Run down and location is poor.

“Not impressed”

breakfast ends at 9am even on weekends...A/C unit in room was loud..beds seemed smaller than usual...this is more like a motel than a hotel..rooms were accessed from outside...it was clean and bed was comfortable even tho it seemed small.

“Suntharee”

Service bad I am check in july 13 then I am going out when come back a round 7 pm they lock my room can not get in then know what out come They think that day is 14 the day I have to check out bad bad. And the day I check out I forgot my jewelery I go back asking front dask they do not know after find out mate she took my jewlery put in her car she dont report to manager suck

“OK but the pool needs attention”

The pool had debris floating in it and a green cast. Otherwise the hotel was fine for the price.

“Great hotle for the price!”

While the outside of this hotel could use some sprucing up, the rooms were extremely clean and the beds were so comfortable. The hotel staff is excellent. Our dealings were with Nathan and he is truly an asset to their company. The Magnolia trees are beautiful. I was expecting a room with a refrigerator but that was not the case so I do recommend asking for one. This is a great hotel for the money!

Area recommendations
I was in town for a high school graduation but having lived in Columbia, I would definitely reccommend Riverbanks Zoo.

“Columbia Airport Clarion”

Older hotel. Cleanliness was average, comfort satisfactory. Location was hard to find from airport.

“A Cheap 1 night hotel”

It was a cheap hotel. A bit rundownbut okay for 1 night. It was a Holiday Inn in January 2010 and it seems they needed to refurbish the property and so far they haven't. Breakfast items included in rate but get there early or you have very little to choose from.

Must see
Congaree National Park. A nice place for a hike on a nice day.
