Water line was broken and was not informed about this issue at check-in. Went back to ask about the water and the front desk staff seemed annoyed that I was asking questions about the lack of water. Water did come back on later in the evening but it was discolored and I didn’t know if it was safe to drink or bathe in. Room was dark and dirty. The sheets, towels, walls, and lampshade had stains. Smoke detector unit was ripped out. Safety latch on the hotel door did not work. No breakfast was provided, except for coffee- which was cold. Shuttle to the airport was out of service as well.

The gentleman that checked us in was the only good thing about the stay/room. He was very pleasant and helpful. The room itself was awful! Food was left in the refrigerator from a previous tenant. The freezer had something spoiled in it that had froze in it. There was one chair in a double room (two beds) one coffee cup one hand towel. My husband tried to call the front desk multiple times with no answer. He also went to the front desk. No one there. He yelled “hello” numerous times with no answer. When we checked out the women was in her cell phone paying no attention to what I was telling her. I would not recommend this model to my worst enemy!!! The breakfast was pretty much nonexistent! Unless you count the stale cereal! Couldn’t even find someone to change rooms to a cleaner room. Awful!!!

The staff was okay. Lights weren’t working and we were given a key to someone else’s room. Thank god we weren’t hurt. The ice machines were down, but the front desk was nice enough to give us some ice. Bed was dirty also.

Staff was rude I called multiple times to get information on the motel but the employee kept picking up the phone then sitting it to the side without even getting on the line at all after she hung up on me the first time I called the room was run down my bed spread had greasy stains on it all over the to cover the sheets were stained badly with holes in them the pillows were tiny like the size of couch pillows the furniture was damaged and broken I was very disappointed with how poorly I was treated my the staff on duty and the fact that they ask for a 100 dollar deposit additional for renting their raggedy rooms I will never go back to this motel. Bathroom had half roll of toilet paper dirty and stained towels with holes . My towels I use at home for my dog are in better condition. Syrup or something spilled all over night stand and floor , It was horrible if I had extra money I would have not stayed but had to stay and cleaned what I could on my own .

I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND to my worst enemy the staff is rude other guest screaming and running around the floor we were threatened by the staff that we either had to pay a pet fee or show id for our service dogs they refused to give us our deposit there is raw 2/10 wires with tap covers exposed to the elements. We were put on the second floor even after requesting bottom floor due to my daughter's health conditions. This was a horrible place

The housekeeping service is provided every 2 days. The whole staff are horrible and very nasty. Don’t ever ask them for anything if you find something broken don’t ask the staff about it. They will treat you like it’s your fault things are broken in your room.

Unfortunately I somehow accidentally submitted a review earlier that should be disregarded. This property and its staff have been very accommodating and kind to us. It is close to everything and quiet and the staff if very helpful and friendly.

Check-in was as expected; front desk was friendly. I was mildly surprised by the $100 deposit that was required, and I feel that we left the room as we found out, so I will be very surprised and disappointed if we don't get it back.

I went to five rooms to check in and of them were dirty so I in up going to another hotel
