Staff was friendly and helpful. Mattress was in great condition. Room amenities with full size fridge and ice maker was convenient. Breakfast at the HY-VEE was a nice bonus. Plenty of available self parking in the lot. Only one complaint. Our air conditioning was great, but, our son's room did not cool down like it should. All in all, this is a nice hotel and we would definitely stay again.
Lots of hair in the bathroom/shower. No hair dryer in the room. Card key/lock was touchy.
Bed was comfortable enough. Woukd have expected better for the price.
Great location for my job next day. Friendly staff. Clean room

Room 133 has a big crack in wall and furniture is beat up. Deferred maintenance, dripping noise in ceiling of bathroom. Outside spotlight shines directly in windows
This place was spectacular from start to finish. Immaculately clean rooms, friendly staff, great pantry selections, everything in the room worked, ample parking, convenient to other amenities.
Very nice room, a little over priced but nice. The only thing not good with the room was the shower didn't work, not enough force for me.

What I did not like.... I could not lock my room door upon arrival nor could I close the door once I left out. I requested another room for my safely but, I was told that was not an option. Maintenance responded to the room and put several screws in the door lock
Excellent service. The staff very helpful and informative in answering all our questions and concerns. Clean and comfortable room. We will stay here again whenever we visit the area.
I had to go up and down the elevator 5 times to get new key cards because the ones they gave me didn´t work. The first time it happened a very nice gentleman behind the front desk ran up and gave me a new key which worked the first time but not after that. When I complained to the front desk when I was checking out that I thought I should receive some type of discount because of the inconvience she just said, well sometimes the keys don´t work and there is nothing we can do about it.
Room and hotel was very nice. Although the coffee maker in the room was broken. The front desk staff member was the most rudest person. Too bad it's a nice hotel and you have someone answering the phone and greeting patrons at the front desk unreasonably rude right off the bat, so unacceptable. I called EXPEDIA to complain of the rudeness I received, I did not want to stay there. EXPEDIA had reached out to the hotel (talked to the same rude staff member) who said I could not get a refund.
No accommodating hotel here: booked ground level for my handicap husband /couldn't get it. Asked for 15-30 min early check-in so we could get ready for a wedding/couldn't get it. After our travel the rude staff member wouldn't even let me check-in 7 minutes before 3:00! Next day I asked for a little later check-out/couldn't get it. Shocker. Won't stay here again.
