The check-in manager was very nice. Facilities were tired and worn. Appreciated the breakfast, but it was from 7-9:00. Would have liked it better if it was open at 6:00. Ice only available on the first floor. Morning manager was very kind.

The motel was bad. The woman at check in was the only good point of our stay. I killed a probable bed bug in the first room she put us in. She moved us to another room. That room had a stopped up toilet. Got that taken care of by me. The toilet was dirty and not stable. I would not recommend this motel.

I booked a room for five people and it was the smallest room for five people imaginable. She told us she gave us the biggest room if we were in the biggest room I can not imagine the other rooms. The beds were hard and it smelled like smelly ke in my he hallways. I would skip this hotel.

Decent but not wprh the money
The service was excellent. The pool was closed. The room said non smoking but stunk of cigarette smoke and a cigarette butt was under thw ottoman. There were room numbers taped up to the walls. Very outdated. It said they were remodeling but i saw no evidence of remodeling jsut run down. What you would expect in a truckside inn for 60 or 70 bucks. Not a hotel over 140.00. Way overpriced.

My son has asthma. The entire second floor smells like smoke even though they required us to sign a no-smoking agreement which is a joke ...when walking through the door it smells like smoke. Expedia rates it as a 7/10. That's a stretch at best and Expeida should update their rating. We sprayed as best we could to eliminate the smell. The maintenance gentleman who helped us lives on the second floor and clearly smokes. Took 5 trips back and forth for the keycard to open the room. We asked for another room. There were none available. There is clear water damage in the second next to our room 207. The hotel is damp and I can imagine riddled with damage because of it. Worst choice of a hotel stay in my travel experience. I won't make this $177 dollar mistake again. I would like to be compensated. It is not as advertised and is clearly in need of renovation.

Hotel smells like smoke and mold. Beds are hard, rooms are outdated. Pool was out service, ice machines were out of service, breakfast was less than a normal hotel. Front desk worker said she couldn’t print me a receipt would have to email them to get one.

The conditions of this hotel is unacceptable and should be shut down. The first room had a smell of mold and urine when walking into the room. The bathroom had mold spots on the ceiling and around the toilet. The towels were dirty, not stained but never changed. So, we requested for another room. Once going into the second room, again mold spots, no towels, and the bed sheets were dirty. It had food smeared along the side of it. This room also smelled of mold/mildew. My family immediately left the hotel. Don't be fooled by the "we are renovating" sign it was already completed and the finish product is still unsafe for people to breathe in those conditions. This hotel should be condemned. Although,the staff was nice, but blamed everything on housekeeping not doing their job as to why the conditions of the rooms were unacceptable. In reality it's management who doesn't care. Please take your money someone else, DO NOT STAY HERE.

They have been remodeling/painting, updating. The room was perfect for an overnight stop. Breakfast was normal - eggs, waffle, sausage, sausage gravy, cereal. The coffee was a little "hidden".
