“Disappointed”
The room was dirty. The lighting was dim. Had to search for outlet to plug in media. First experience with expedia not impressed.
“Not Impressed”
The hotel service is ok. But the room is not clean with old and dirty carpets. Besides, it is very noisy during midnight from the neighborhood.
“The bathroom smelled so bad I couldn't take a shower”
The folks who own and run the hotel were so kind. I think they just have to much hotel to take care of and not enough resources. Our room was not very clean and the bathroom stank so bad I had to hold my breath when I used it. There was liter all over the place. The beds were hard. The sheets were not fitted so they came off in the middle of the night. I hate that. How hard is it to use fitted sheets. The nieghborhood was very scarry too. We wont be back.
“A.O.K.”
Every thing was fine with hotel, check in and out.
“A Friendly Motel”
The staff at TravelLodge was very helpful. We had no trouble checking in or out. I would highly recommend this motel to anyone.
“If you're on a tight budget and you only need a room for a day....”
You'll have to make a u-turn somewhere to get into this hotel if you're coming from the freeway. This hotel is in what I would guess to be the "bad" part of town. I was a little worried something may happen to our car while we were sleeping but everything was fine. I didn't feel unsafe, just sceptical of the area. The room ddn't have a remote control, apparently you get them at check-in but the lady forgot, which was no big deal because we just surfed the web on our laptops and didn't complain until check-out. It's a rough hotel room but for the price it was what you would expect. I don't think anyone would want to spend more than one night in this place although I suspect this place has weekly rates. Pros: cheap and right off the interstate with food near cons: old, there was a lotof hair in the shower and on the blanket, the towels were obviously old and slightly stained.
“Just OK for one night.”
The room was dirty and cold no towels. No heat had been turned on and it was winter time and late at night when we arrived. The parking lot was icy and unsafe. This hotel is ok to stay at for one night, but anymore than that you will want to stay somewhere else.
“cheap bed”
Nothing fancy at all-older hotel, minimal breakfast, but if you are just looking for a clean bed and quick shower on your travels, the price could not be beat.
“good old fashioned motel”
very convenient; quiet even though on Nevada Ave. good wireless internet. very reasonable
“Not great,not bad”
not a bad place for the price.not far from downtown.didnt use the pool but it looked ok.
