“Double-Charged”

They double-charged my room, but worked it out. Besides that it was a great stay.

“Hyatt Place”

Great hotel, nice being able to go downstairs and order quick food, starbucks coffee, great free breakfast. Nice size room and amenities.

“Exeeded my expectations”

I enjoyed my stay at the Hyatt Place in Colorado Springs. The rates are good and the room was clean and large. It was nice to relax in a separate sitting area off the bed area.

“"Fantastic Views"”

We just stayed for one night after spending 10 days travelling through Colorado and New Mexico and this was one of the nicest rooms we stayed in, we loved the layout of having a seperate place to sit and sleep. It was in a great location with several restaurants close by and it was just minutes away from " The Garden of the Gods" park which is why we chose to stay in Colorado Springs. We spent a lovely morning strolling through the pretty town of Manitou.

“Very impressed!!”

We checked in around 9:00PM and the desk was fully staffed, the people working there were extremely nice and extremely helpful. The continentel breakfast was great, unfortunately we didn't have the chance to take advantage of the heated pool but heard it was very nice from another guest. Would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to the area.

“Great place to stay”

A great place to stay, easy access to Pikes peak and Garden of gods. Clean and a great view.

“This was worth the money and the time.”

Me and my wife really enjoyed are stay we loved the new look with the rooms and the workout equipment which was very nice. We also loved the location we could walk to get a bite to eat which was nice after a long trip of driving. The customer service was top of the line, everything I could of ever asked for was delivered upon my request of service. Keep up the good work and I look foward to coming back and staying at your fine Hotel. Thank you once again for everything.

“Return visit required”

The hotel was convenient to expressway and the room was more like a suite than a hotel room. The only item I would have liked to have was a microwave ( one was available in the lobby on ground floor). The mountain view from our room was unobstructed and walking distance to area dining establishments allowed the beauty of the area to be enjoyed and the rental car parked evenings. The room had enough space to seat visitors on an L shaped couch and padded bench table that adjoined the kitchen bar area allowing the large swivel TV to be easily viewed.

“Great access to all in Colorado Springs”

Had a wonderful time at the hotel and at Colorado Springs. The Hotel staff was great and we have nothing by praise for the service. Breakfast is the same each day but we only ate there a couple of times. I did take full advantage of the Starbucks coffee in the morning. Will stay there anytime we are in Colorado Springs or anywhere else they have this hotel.

“Fantasitic Treatment”

This hotel and it's staff are the finest I've ever stayed with. I'm talking the entire staff from maintenance, room cleaning, front desk, and management. They would always go the extra mile to help a customer and it wasn't just to be pleasing it was very sincere. This is the only hotel I will stay at when I return.
