“The best pool ever”

I would recommend this hotel for anyone, but it was especially nice for our kids. The breakfast was hot, had many choices, and the eating area was very clean. The rooms were comfortable, large, and the beds very soft and cozy.

“Hampton Inn & Suites review”

We stayed two nights at this hotel - our stay was nice. The only downside...there wasn't a comfortable chair in the room. There was a desk chair and a small, wood-armed side chair. Neither one provided any comfort for sitting and watching TV or reading.

“nice hotel but were a little dissapointed”

I was very disappointed when I found that two of the lights were not working in my room. I thought with the money I spent for that room for the weekend, it would be well kept and maintained. The hot tub was covered over with mats with no signs or instructions, so i didn't know if it was closed or open. I was also very disappointed with the fact that the toilet paper roll was almost complete when we checked in. Was that an oversight or intentional? The bed was very comfortable with plenty of pillows. The complimentary breakfast was nice and fulfilling. My biggest issue: When I was trying to check in, there was only one person at the counter. That one person was talking to what seems to be a friend about buy real estate and that he had a guy that the other person could talk to. I think that customers should come first and I had to wait over this personal conversation! This desk person made eye contact with me and continued his conversation as if I was not there. After about 10 minutes another young lady assisted me with checking in.

The room was very comfortable and the staff was very accommodating and pleasant. Two small suggestions: - exhaust fans for the bathrooms - pull-out magnifying mirrors in the bathrooms

“Will Stay Here Again- Family Friendly!”

We have 2 kids under 6. We started in a King Study room and had to upgrade to a King Suite. The Study was much too small for our family of 4. The upgrade was wonderful!! Plenty of room with kitchen. Staff was wonderful! So friendly and helpful! Pool was clean and nice. Breakfast was top notch. We plan to stay again when we return. We stayed a total of 4 nights. It was clean and family friendly! Nice part of town near malls and new editions. Checked all around town and glad we ended up staying here! I'm picky with my children crawling and walking around. Hotel was clean and very family friendly! Highly recommend!
