“Disappointed”

The staff were OK, but not very friendly or helpful. Wireless internet only available in the lobby, which is very inconvenient. Room was clean, but didn't look well maintained. The hotel is in a older commercial area, not close to main arteries. I got a good discount thru Expedia, but I was expecting more. Only stayed one night, then found something else.

“CHEAP FOR A REASON”

I would not recommend this hotel. Our room had a mysterious red stain above the bed which closely resembled blood splatter. I’m not a CSI so I can’t say that’s definitely what it was, but I can’t think of many things that would leave a red pattern on the ceiling and wall like the one in our room. Our TV remote didn’t operate the TV and the buttons on the TV wouldn't change the channel, so I was stuck watching CNN. Not a big deal, but when they advertise free cable it would be nice to be able to watch more than one channel. Room had a musty smell, toilet paper holder was falling out of the wall, and some tiles were broken and/or missing. The staff was nice during check in/out. You get what you pay for, but in this case, I think I overpaid.

“Worst stay at a Hotel Ever”

Paid for 8 Nights, left a day early with no refund. Wireless internet advertised and it was not working the entire stay. The internet is why I stayed there in the first place!

“Very unclean atmosphere”

Our floor wasn't vacummed, there were cigarette burns in the bed, chairs and counters on a "non-smoking" room. When I went to the front desk about the vacumming, they promised to have it taken care of...never happened. There was also trash underneath each stairwell outside and when the children swam in the pool, dirt kept surfacing whenever they moved. I will never go back and I encourage anyone reading this to do the same.

“Days Inn Central”

While this hotel was conveniently located and easily accessible it was lacking in the service department. The staff was not particularly friendly or helpful, the continental breakfast was minimal and poorly served, the room itself was not very clean and the front window was badly cracked. The hotel staff was most unwilling to move me to another room and during a period of time when I was away from the hotel a member of the staff entered my room where I had some valuables stored and upon departing left the door propped open on the security latch, it was fortunate that I returned before anyone wandered in. When I complained to the front desk nothing was done.

“Room was not clean”

By mistake I booked a Smoking Room and I don't smoke at all. But since no more room available I had to stay in same room. Room was smelling badly with cigrate smoke. Bathroom was not clean and room was also not cleaned. Hotel was not in good shape. Expedia should warn while booking that if you are booking a Smoking room it might smell. I booked by mistake.

“Don't choose this one”

The wallpaper in the room was cracked and peeling. The carpets were filthy with "things" clumped and stuck to them. I slept in my clothes because the linen was dirty. The furniture was warped and the chairs were filthy. The tv. Lets talk about the tv. Every other channel was blurry. I have stayed at Days Inn before and this was below average to say the least.

“Not impressed”

The staff was courteous and that's appreciated. The hotel, including the room and bathroom are in need of a renovation, a makeover. It's a dingy place that felt and looked a bit dirty, not the picture of the room I saw on the internet. I've never been to a hotel where I walked in the room and felt like I wanted to throw a rug over the carpet or a sheet over everything before I touched anything . The mattress has been around for too many years and it was obvious- uncomfortable. Snow that accumulated at the door to the room was never cleared. It was fairly close to where I needed to go but if I had to do it again this hotel would not be my choice.
