This was the worst place I have ever stayed. If I could give zero stars that is what they would get. The room was dirty, no hot water, burn marks from an electrical fire were along the wall. Needles and alcohol bottles were seen as we were checking out the next morning. The only reason we stayed was we were in town for a funeral and had to check in so late and had to be up early. We checked right out and found another place to stay for the remainder of the trip. We ordered food which was stolen as they messaged it was dropped off outside the door. I would definitely not recommend anyone staying here.

We didnt end up staying once we saw the room and the how the hotel looked. The room was very dirty, gross. There was a hotel room with a broken window. Trash everywhere. Foil in the hallways where the elevator is. You get what you pay for. Do not recommend unless you're too deep in the trenches and have no other options.

My room did not have a trash can. I found 3 empty alcohol shots in one of the dresser drawers. There was even a cracker on the floor in the bathroom. There was a very busy street next to the hotel; with cars racing by. The heat and television worked fine and the bed was decent.

This is a flop house, not a hotel. When I was able to check into my room (there was only one staff person and the sign said she was out on a property walk, which lasted 20 minutes), I was surprised by the rental agreement that had to be signed. There were several signs that immediately made me nervous about staying here. Some signs stated that visitors had to be fully clothed before leaving a room. Another sign stated that trash left outside of a room would result in a $50 charge. Etc. However, despite my uneasiness, I decided to try to shake off my misgivings and go ahead and stay. My room was on the back side of the hotel. I was glared at by at least 3 sets of men who appeared very annoyed by my presence. There was a woman who may have been homeless sitting in front of a bike in one parking spot. There were several other parking spots that were taken up by men sitting on the curb drinking. There was drug paraphernalia on the ground. There were multiple cars with their hoods up, apparently in the process of being worked on. I was extremely concerned about my safety and the safety of my vehicle. I went into the room. The state of the room was the tipping point for me. The bed was unmade. There was trash throughout the room. There were towels and such on the floor. Even though the reservation was for a non-smoking room, the room smelled like smoke and mildew. In short, it was utterly unacceptable. I stayed long enough to make a reservation elsewhere.

You get what you paid for
The front desk lady was amazingly friendly. However, the room was filthy, and there was no other rooms available. It was absolutely filthy. I had to go buy some Lysol and some wipes before I could even feel somewhat comfortable. It’s unfortunate because the price I guess you get what you paid for

My terribly disappointing stay
I wasn't placed in room I booked found out they didn't have any available was promised to be moved next day after much time and aggravation with hotel and hotels.com I was moved 4 days later still not in the room I reserved first room wasn't even cleaned and the 2nd had roaches went to do laundry and it was filthy 4 days later the same dirt and trash still in laundry room. Not to mention that the hotel doesn't have change machine for laundry facility or give out change in office place is dirty and run down and will not refund money which must be paid up front now I'm being told it could be days before my deposit is returned. This place is a joke and hotels.com is either involved or should take a look into it personally or not put their name affiliated with it

Worst place EVER!!!!
It was awful the room was dirty full of roaches and when we complained they came up with a reason to kick us out in 17° weather with my 8yr old grandson. They should be shut down by the health department.

The worst money spent
Well I got here and checked in and was given 4 different prices and told the web sight is not valid and was told 119$ on here and 169$ and then 159 and then ended up paying 148$ and got to room and it was dirty and he as cold water and a broken toilet I dodnt have a toilet for over 24 hours and I top them with in the first Two hours and the front desk was rude and not helpful

Nightmare motel
I had no hot water in my room, there was no trash bags in there when I checked in, but there was about 4 cleaning towels left on the dresser. In the papers I signed it stated that there will be a lined change sometime through my stay, but there was not. There was no trash pick ups either. When I checked in I was told that I am being charged for the entire stay, but turns out on my last night they found an issue with what they charged me. So instead of being professional and giving me a call before I get back for the night with my 3 year old they just lock my room with mine and my daughter's stuff inside. Meanwhile it is about 830 pm and took about 30 minutes to figure that situation out. By that time it's way past my daughter's bed time because they could not pick up a phone and let me know about the issue. And I have still yet to receive a deposit back from this property. The RV I was staying in before I decided to go to this "motel" for a comfortable bed and a hot shower was 10× better than this property

Worst hotel ever!!!
This hotel was absolutely horrible. Wish I would have taken a picture of the roach in the shower. I was scared that my car would get broken into. The front desk staff made me feel very uncomfortable about the crime in the area. The plastic cover on the heater kept falling off and the heater barely worked. There was cigarette butts everywhere outside. There was stains in the blanket, I brought in my own blankets and washed them as soon as I got home. I would not recommend that anyone stay here.

Honestly this hotel needs better management..
First of all it doesn't matter what time you arrive they have a sing at the door only one customer can Enter the lobby when they have a full glass of protecto for themselves also My room had trash in the corner & under the bed I speak to the housekeeping manager he was a black male and He said His housekeepers are very busy I understand that it is there job to clean the room for the Next guess..oh by the way always keep your cellphone full change they have a phone in the room but Noo Wire or service to call front desk for help in case of emergency..

This location was filthy, had drug paraphernalia in the stair wells and hallways, a room down the hall had to many people coming and going making noise we could barely sleep, the check in staff was rude and not understanding at all, i get that they have rules however she could have been nicer about it. I will never use your site to book a hotel again as the pictures were of the front of the hotel and not that back, the back was unkept and a little scary to walk alone.

Well I should have known by the price that this was going to be a rough place to stay. Rooms did not have trash cans. Toilets got clogged. This place is one of those extended stay places so as you can expect the people that stayed here are not the quietest or classiest. Honestly spend an extra $25 a night and stay away from this place. Roaches, rough looking crowds at night, yelling can be heard thru the walls... I never ever write reviews but I had to make an exception for this place.

This place was a drug house. Room by people in and out day and night buying drug. Shooting up drugs outside. Dirty building and everything else. No, toiletries . Staff rude. Waited an hour and twenty minutes to check in. I would have gone someplace else. But, everyplace I called was booked. Because, of balloon festival. Didn't get no sleep. Worst vacation ever. Rented a no smoking room. Everything smelled like smoke. Homeless kids running all over. They take vouchers for homeless to stay there. Happy for them. But, wish I would have known this before I booked. For close to $300.00 for 2 nights. I should have been in a 5star place. They even changed a deposit to park your car. Never in my life have I had to do that before. Police should be there day and night. Discusing place to stay. Never,ever again. Do you even check your properties. Before, you even advertise for them. Got home and still smell like smoke.
