For a two star rated hotel it sure lived up to that rating. It would have been nice to know before hand, on any website that I looked at this hotel from, that there is a $250 accidental hold. We had to use another card for this hold and we were given a hard time about that and received no room service the whole trip, even when we asked for more towels to be put in the room they were just handed to us at the desk, while we were trying to leave to get dinner. The “main person” who was working the front desk was so rude, unfriendly, and unprofessional. We will never be coming back here and do not recommend anyone go there. There are plenty of hotels nearby; go to one of those ones instead.
