“Not a four star hotel; a three star at most.”

This hotel was refurbished in 2007 and while clean and reasonably comfortable the rooms are small and lack facilities such as tea and coffee making facilities and fridge in room, , which you would expect from a four star hotel. Meals are served buffet style and while the salads are good, the rest of the food on offer is poor. The hot selection consists of frozen veg and poor quality meat and fish. One evening the food non offer included beefburgers which were frozen and sitting on the side of the grill waiting to be cooked. Not what you expect from a four star hotel! We were on half board so took breakfast and dinner. Most evenings we wnet out to eat as the food on offer was so poor. There is an all inclusive option which I strongly urge you to decline! There is a lovely marina and beach about 15 mins walk from hotel with a nice selection of bars and restaurants. Not being a touristy area means that prices are reasonable. The local town centre, about 5 mins walk from hotel includes a Spar supermarket and some bars and restaurants, again reasonably priced. The hotel is best for older couples, definitely not young people or young families as there are absolutely no facilities for children at the hotel, except for a small section of the pool. Other guests are mainly German, which is not a problem, as everyone is friendly.

“Great value for the money”

My husband and I stayed here over a long bank holiday weekend for 3 nights. We rented a car after finding that a taxi would cost around 60 Euro each way. It takes about 45 minutes to drive to the hotel from the airport and is fairly easy to find as long as you print directions ahead of time. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted at reception in English. After going to our room, we realised that there was a barrage of teenagers in the hotel due to some sports training taking place. Around a dozen of them chose to hang out on the stairwell near our room. In addition, our neighbours were playing loud music. We waited for a few hours before deciding that we needed to request to change our room...so my husband asked at reception and they did so happily. In addition, they took action to get the teenagers moved to an area of the hotel where they would not disturb others. Needless to say, we were very impressed with the level of service we received. We were on the half board and were not disappointed with the food at all. We actually thought it was pretty good - lots of variety and a grill cook to make crepes/eggs at breakfast and fish/chicken at dinner. For great value for your money (and it's what I would consider a 3.5 star hotel btw), great service and a beautiful view of the ocean, I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel.

“Very comforatble resort for couples”

We very much enjoyed our stay. This is not really a 'luxury' hotel but it is very reasonably priced, a great site on the water and offers decent food and amenities. Colonia Sant Jordi s my favorite part of Mallorca with great beaches and relatively few tourists.

“Mittleres 3*-Haus / ok, aber kein Paradies...”

Personal sehr sehr unfreundlich, fast schon unverschämt (Rezeption). Würde dem Hotel 3* geben. Pool-Bereich ist ok, aber nur dort zu sein wäre schade. Meer ist nur über die Steine zugänglich, es empfiehlt sich ein Mietauto zu nehmen, um die umliegenden Strände zu entdecken (hat sehr schöne Plätze). Balkon mit Meerblick ist erstklassig. Hotel ist ideal für Personen, die ein einigermassen gutes und sauberes Zimmer für die Nacht suchen und sonst unterwegs sind.

lo mejor del hotel, las vistas desde cualquiera de las habitaciones, el bufet es escaso, y el servicio de los trabajadores es normal, eso si, la media pensión es desayuno y cena, no puedes elegir comida y el horario de 7 a 9 para cenar, si lo llego a saber antes... también decir que aunque tienes máquinas de agua y bebidas aguachadas de refrescos en el bufet, estos tienen una etiqueta que dice "sólo todo incluido" asi que no te atrebas a poner un vaso delante por que el jefe del bufet se cabrea aunque tu no sepas de la tirania de las bebidas, seguro que va a heredar el hotel.Después la bebida que pidas cenando la tienes que pagar al momento y en efectivo no admiten tarjetas ni apuntarlo en la habitación, es que si no, el bote de propinas no sube. Los enchufes para cargar móviles o cámaras de fotos, solo tienes uno y está en el lavabo. Por lo demás todo genial pero he ido a hoteles de 3 estrellas en menorca por ejemplo, y ni punto de comparación yo le daba las 3 estrellas a este y las 4 estrellas al de menorca.
