“Room was great”

This was one of the places that I have stayed that has lived up to the photo's and descriptions. The room was amazing - comfortable, clean and had a view of the cathedral. Location was excellent - close enough to walk but far enough out so that you're not overwhelmed by people, tourists and partying. Very relaxing and comfortable stay.

From reception to check out staff was very helpful (and I am grateful for their command of English). Room was small but very comfortable. The only problem was it was a bit too warm. I would definitely stay here again.

“Great Hotel in Great location”

This is a very large hotel which has recently been refurbished. We had rooms on the 10th floor with wonderful views of the cathedral. The bed was the most comfortable I have ever stayed in in any European hotel. The staff were extremely helpful. The breakfast was fantastic- so much variety. We had evening meals in the bar which were very nice. The drinks were very expensive- but we did splash out and had the most lovely cocktails. We went for the Christmas Markets and the hotel was about a 10 minute walk from two of them. Our first night we ate at an Italian resturant just across the road- It was lovely- but VERY expensive. I would love to go back- it was a great hotel.

“great cologne city centre hotel”

went to cologne christmas markets,stayed at the pullman,great hotel and location,perfect for markets/shops/ and dom(cathedral). buffett brekfast superb,huge choice could fill you up all day,very friendly staff. a little pricy in the hotel bar other than that could not fault,try to get a high floor with a view of the dom,which is 10-15 mins walk away,as is the main central train station.

“Very good choice for Cologne trip”

Location - very good, not very close to public transportation bet next to everything Cleaningness - exellent Conditions and maintenance - the hotel is not new, still it's higly maintained! Breakfast is one of the best.

Overall I was very satisfied. My only negative was that the room was warmer than I like at night and I could not adjust the temperature lower. I have found that to be the case in many German hotels in winter conditions. I have stayed at this hotel several times over the last ten years though, and overall I would consider it to be an excellent hotel.

Being a European hotel, Pullman is the best one!l It has excellent service and best of all are their rooms, they are huge! Congratulations!
